Ordered this from Uber eats, when it arrived it was slightly warm definitely not fresh. I understand that may be the fault of uber/driver. Opening the pizza box only lead to further disappointment, the presentation of the pizza was... lacking to say the least, the little amount of cheese that was on the pizza hardly even covered the dough, you could actually see lots of the sauce/dough in places where there was no cheese, and I'm not talking about the crust this is in the middle of the pie. Even the areas there was cheese it was a paper thin layer, on top of that they also cut corners on the sauce, I don't like a heavy amount of sauce on my pizza but I have never had a pizza that I could hardly taste the sauce before this one honestly a frozen walmart pizza delissio or digornio pizza has more cheese than this thing did, it was pathetic. As far as other toppings they did put a decent amount of pineapple on the Hawaiian half, the pepperoni was a normal amount. This is a classic example of what badly ran, greedy businesses do, they start off with good quality/large servings then they realize that they don't know how to run a business and rather than saving costs in better ways they reduce portion size and buy worse quality ingredients and sacrifice their product to save money. Keep this up and they will soon be out of business, I almost guarantee that nobody would enjoy the pizza that showed up. They put a $28.00 price tag on this, honestly I wouldn't pay $5 for it. I am not exaggerating this was very poor poor quality stuff, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

The pizza was absolutely amazing and this staff were beyond courteous and kind. I had an issue with Uber eats and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy even though it most definitely wasn't their fault. Great service and great pizza

Sunday night I came in to get a take out order. Unsanitary is all I can say. Watched the employee “Jas” go between forming the dough, then touching the till and the screen above where they make the pizzas and back making the pizzas without washing his hands. He also should probably have a beard net on since he is preparing food. Health violations are a no for me. I won’t be back.

My experience was amazing because of service provided by staff Specially Hezel. I was having issue with uber order. Hezel helped in resolving the issue very well. Pizza was delicious.
I recently visited Fresh Slice Pizza in red deer and had a disappointing experience. I was taken aback by the behavior of one of the employees named hazel. When I came to pick up an skip order, the employee rudely told me to "stand on the carpet only" and insisted that they had already cleaned. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any service industry. I hope management addresses this issue, as good service should go hand in hand with good food.

First time ordering in from Freshslice. It was fast arriving. Wings were just so so. Soggy. Not at all crispy or very flavourful. Pizzas had canned mushrooms on them, which totally ruined it for me! All I could taste was tin. I didn't think any restaurants used them anymore. Crust was very soft and too "floppy". Could have used more time in the oven. Won't order from them again.
