Walk in the door to be greeted by this sign. Should have walked out. Then everything I wanted to order they didn’t have. Menus were old. Floors were dirty. Food was cooked but didn’t have sauces for the food. Staff kept apologizing for everything. Do not recommend.

I go to this place 1-3 times a week. There is a waitress, that has been abnormally rude the entire time I have gone there in the last 3-5 months. AndShe has always been rude and stand off ish. Tonight she assumed I stole a bill, over a specific drink which, she should recognize me as I’m there 3 times a week for lunch. This girl needs to be let go.

My husband and I have not been in Georges for years but we have been ordering pizza from them for about 15 years + as they had the best in town. Last night most likely will be the last. The last few times the toppings are less than half of what they used to be, the crust and sauce not even comparable to what it was yet you pay the same. Even the cheese has changed for the worse:( Definitely not worth your money.

The service was great. Our waitress was polite and service was quick. I ordered a half roast beef dinner. No gravy. It came with gravy...mistakes happen and this was a minor one. I was relieved when the waitress was fine with taking back to the kitchen for correction. She was so polite about it. The meal was returned to me pronto. All gravy removed quickly and efficiently under a running tap of clean cool water, Although the meat was now cold and chewy and dripping wet it was mostly free of the gravy. There was a bit of water under the meat on my plate but the napkin was free so I used that to mop it up. My sister is hilarious. I almost choked on my beef over the wet meat jokes my sister was making. The garlic bread survived dry and was crisp and was generously spread with a lovely garlic butter. The frozen California style frozen vegetables were a notable highlight of the meal. The were boiled without salt, pepper or butter for a bright clean perfectly boiled side dish. Tender crisp and hot just how I like them. Butter would have been nice but who needs the extra calories eh? They were healthier for me that way. That's a sure sign of a considerate restaurant sparing no expense to take care of customers. I will not forget this dinner for a long time. The laughter, the company and all the chewing. It was my first restaurant since before COVID and well worth the eighty bucks. All in all fun fun fun. I left a nice tip. (PS I recommend the ice cream with chocolate sauce. It comes in a clean bowl with a spoon and it's delightfully frozen.)

Our good buy to George’sI’m very sad to report that we are retiring George’s Restaurant from our to go place. Chief Ormar was the person that was pulling the place together but left unexpectedly.Don’t expect and deal on 1/2 price Monday Pizza Night, the Stingy Pakistani little man ZIA has direct the cooks to put 1/2 toppings and cheese on the Pizzas. Had zero respect to his staff and cooks. We went with family recently and felt embarrassed walking in( front door kicked in) doesn’t even close. Bar stools are ripped and torn, tables & chairs looked like they all are ready for the bon fire, everything old and filthy that needs replacing.“nothing has changed “ since the stingy (ZIA)Pakistani owner purchased the place from George years ago.In the last month been told this many times, owner cuts groceries. Been told no tzatziki sauce x 2, no mushrooms / pineapple for toppings on pizza , always something on the menu not available . Small insects buzzing about, the place is falling apart, even neon sign does not work. What kept us coming was the fun staff ( felt like family). Perhaps one day when someone new decides to pay a fortune for his asking price and invests in a make over I’ll visit the place again. Our very best wishes to all the staff , our message is don’t allow yourself to be taken advantage by ungrateful bosses , remember other good jobs to avail yourself.

HORRIBLE. went there and the seats were dirty, there were dents in the table, chipped wood, there were BUGS in my water, the menus were barely even readable, AND THERE WERE FLIES EVERYWHERE. I ordered the ceaser salad and the croutons were MOLDY! The parmesan cheese was brown and smelled awful. 0/10, would NEVER recommend.
