Celiacs!!! Super accommodating, knowledgable and a super easy menu for finding out what it gluten free or not! The food was great and they even have options to change the bubble tea to vegan if you have dairy allergies as well! Amazing place.

Down town red deer. Could barely see the shop. Went in there and they seemed caught off gaurd by having customers. Took quite awhile for the Ramen and wasn't spectacular. It was ramen but that's about it. Seemed like a 90 year old women went to work as soon as we got there and the teenage girl running the till just sat there on her stool being creepy. The meal was jam packed full of raw cabbage. Which seemed very weird. We had a smoothie there and that was actually fire! Worst part is is some junky dude or some guy that was still coming down from Fridays bender kept coming in and tweaking and talking to himself and making everyone inside uncomfortable. Small establishment so he's like standing over us tweaking. No employees asked him.to leave or did anything about just let him loiter and bug the customers inside and out. Place definitely could be better but requires a breath of life. Feels bad.

Couple times now I have gotten boba which taste amazing IF the employee actually listens and knows the difference between their boba options. I ordered strawberry popping pearls on doordash and they gave me strawberry JELLY and lychee JELLY. I am allergic to lychee and hate the jelly. This is the second time they have mixed them up and I am so done. When done correctly it tastes amazing but it is seldom EVER done correctly so it's just not worth it.

We got a DoorDash order and was very disappointed in the amount of food for the price and got our order wrong.

Do not get ramen from here. Better off getting shim ramen in a bowl.

This is not a place for food. Atmosphere is absolutely terrible, and the server ran away as soon as she delivered the food cause she knew how shameful it looked. Nothing was fresh and the meat on top looked like a few days old jerky. We took one bite and tried to look for the store owner/server and they all went hiding to the back of the store unwilling to even face us. We simply got up and left, wasting 35$ and 20minutes of our time.
Do not order here if you want anything resembles ramen or soup noodles… seriously need a food inspection agency to check on this place…

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place after months of walking by and I regret it. I ordered the grilled salmon rice bowl and my boyfriend ordered the sumo ramen. We also ordered these rice pockets that I cannot remember the name of and two teas, peach and wintermelon lemon with boba. When we got our food, they informed us then that there was no salmon and apparently my order just wasn't taken. The teas tasted like sugar water and our food was not good, what we got of it anyway. The ramen was small, prepackaged noodles, the broth tasted like salt and pepper, and the mushrooms had definitely gone bad. The bite I had I had to spit out. The pockets weren't bad, but definitely not worth it for the price we paid.

Got 2 orders of ramen, both were mediocre, and both were the wrong item. We were given a couple slices of pork to cover it rather than replacing the bowl. Bamboo shoots and carrots for soup instead of edamame and shiitake.

This is sad to say but Oishidesu was my favourite ramen soup in Red deer but recently, the last few times I have eaten there they have gone down in flavour and size. This was my last time I think I will eat there. I hope they go back to the flavours that were once known.

We were looking forward to some excellent bubble tea, but were both thoroughly disappointed to say the least. I was promised a thick smoothie and it was extremely runny. And my boyfriend said his tapioca pearls were pretty well the worst tapioca pearls he's ever had. The flavor was totally off of the pearls and he didn't even finish his bubble tea because of it.

Really sad that they have changed so much of their menu as it used to be my favourite ramen place. The noodles and broth are all different now. Chicken was dry. Noodles seem a lot cheaper brand and they were already broken down into inch-sized pieces by the time I got my food (before broth being added.) Broth isn’t as mushroomy and less flavour. Big bummer. The takoyaki is still fire though!

I used to really love this place, it was my go to. They keep changing ingredients, missing ingredients, it's been very inconsistent. The rice noodles I received today are terrible & extremely bland, where are the regular noodles & why was I not informed of this when placing an order? My protein of choice was tofu & that is completely missing from my bowl as well. I would have preferred to cancelled my order rather than receiving a subpar, wrong order. This isn’t the first time there have been issues with my order either. Unfortunately what was once one of my favourite places, I’ll likely never order from again.

Ate lunch here today. I was hoping for a hearty bowl of ramen; what I got was a small plastic takeout bowl of slop. The noodles were gluey, the meat was flavourless, only half an egg (come on, man..). The broth was quite salty, and you're mouth will remind you of that fact for while after.I was quite disappointed, and won't be back. Especially if you have to deal with the hassle of the "downtown parking". There's just better options, even next door.

Takoyaki is a bomb! It's a blast of flavours in your palate? Real bits of octopus??Ordered a sumo bowl ramen to go as well for my kids and they just loved it❤️ Overall rating is awesome ?✔️ for their food and superb ? for their customer service! We'll totally go back to try other stuff??

Went here today to try, we had the poke pockets. It was soo good,we'll definitely return. We also had takoyaki, very crispy on the outside and lots of octopus pieces on the inside and very flavourful and savory treat!!! Highly recommended. Service was prompt and the owners are very respectful and recommended their best seller!! I'm glad we listened to their recommendation.
