I'm conflicted because I love the flavors and the burger patties are usually really good actually but sometimes me and my fiancé have just gotten really bad food sometimes at night! As of this review it's February 2nd 2025 and at around 9 o' clock we ordered some food. I got 2 hot dogs that were so over cooked I could barely bite into them but I managed to eat them still as I didn't want them to go to waste. Another time my Fiancé got a Buffalo poutine which was absolutely doused in Buffalo sauce to the point where she had to actually just throw it away as there was no fixing it. I realize that it's not the highest paying job and nobody's asking for perfect but a little bit of care going into the preparation of the food goes a long way! This is peoples food and it's extremely disappointing when you're looking forward to something all day and it's just not good.

I am a fan of Harvey's . Unfortunately it's not a busy place . It's in gasoline alley and can be easily missed. If you see Popeyes, Harvey's is west of it.

Staff here go above and beyond to make sure you love your burger, I honestly don't know why people still go to places like McDonalds. So many sauce options, plus they actually let you put extra pickles on! And they're so sweet about it. Thanks again!

This morning, I went after work to the Harvey's in Gas Alley. I'd wanted to try your poutine, and I chose the bacon double cheese. Jashan had stated that he's cleaning the grills and couldn't cook burgers, but offered alternatives such as chicken. Great customer service right outta the gate. I get to the window, and that amazing customer service continued. He said I'll make it fresh, it'll take five minutes. I get the order, pull into the parking lot. Huge portion. Nice and salty briney bacon, awesome fries, tasty gravy and tons of cheese curds. Nice and fresh and hot. Jashan is always very very professional, informative, very friendly, very mature and cooks his food amazingly. Being so young, he's a great example for other young people. Way to go jashan. Your boss and family must be proud. I'll be back and recommend this location to others. Thank you.
The worst in service!! I do not recommend the food, the service, or this restaurant. My husband and I entered the restaurant and we had already been waiting at the checkout for 5 minutes to be served and then one of the workers turned around and told us that we had to wait 2 minutes for them to take us. the order at the cashier, it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, you charge and if you are going to take a while making the food because you have an order there is no problem but he should not have said that and apart from the hamburger we ordered is out of what that restaurant was In its time it was worked by people who wanted to keep their jobs, it's not racism but there were 2 indie men who were serving and they also stunk when they gave me my order of a hamburger that I have previously eaten, the size was half of what I remember and It didn't even have lettuce, that was poor, total disappointment, if they don't have lettuce?? Tell the customer, if you don't have tomatoes, tell the customer, but don't ruin the restaurant chain because of your bad work, there I attach photos of the 2 workers who are ruining that restaurant.

We were passing by Red Deer and decided to stop at Harvey’s, where Inder and Navroz were at the front counter providing exceptional service. They made delicious sandwiches and poutine, perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. The care and attention to detail in both the food and customer service really stood out. Inder and Navroz were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We highly recommend visiting Harvey’s and hope to see them again!
