Finding a place that does a good gluten-free breakfast beyond standard bacon and eggs can be a challenge.
Hash Breakfast Eatery met that challenge with a large gluten-free menu that included their bowls and bennys.
The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant was clean, as was the washroom.
This place is definitely worth the try if you have gluten allergies.

I don’t eat pork at all but I always get the bacon on the side so whoever I’m with can eat it. The bacon came on the plate and our server said “I told the kitchen but they didn’t listen.” Our food took over 40 minutes and was room temperature. So disappointing.

The food and service are great, but the acoustics are so loud it gives me a headache. The noise level from loud conversation, chairs scraping, dishes, etc. is bad enough, then add a sound system with a boomy bass that makes normal conversation almost impossible.

Dietary restrictions: Frying with butter rather than seed oil is an option if requested.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Ordered a soul bowl to go and a latte to go. Was $32 with a tip... Get to the truck to eat and the avocado is black. Potatoes are not cooked, kale is yellow wilted with an off taste, the feta cheese had gone bad, was hungry so ate around that only to bite into egg shells in the eggs that's where I quit. The latte was cold and filled half the cup. I arrived to pick up 15 minutes after I ordered so being late had nothing to do with the soggy. Am furious to basically throw $32 down the drain

Hash appears to present their establishment as an upper level of breakfast dining; this is not the case. Food was ok, at best. For the menu pricing I expected a very much elevated delivery. Almost $4 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag is robbery. Omelette was soaked in an oil that took away from the taste of the eggs and fillings. Fillings were shy for the expense of the plate. Toast was warmed and dried-out bread, it failed to resemble anything that the common person would consider "toasted". Overall for a breakfast joint that asks $20 or more per plate, very poorly executed. Servers were plenty, however very rare for them to check on their patrons. Waited for the check for over 15 mins.
Very disappointed and will not return.

Great Chai French Toast.
The Eggs Benedict had an odd tasting guacamole which threw the whole meal off for me. Coffee and service were excellent.

Walked in the door at 1:20pm mistakenly expecting to be served. Servers refused to acknowledge our presence or even make eye contact. Waited 10 minutes looking at the menu then left without ever speaking to anyone. Will not bother trying there again.

My wife and I have both heard a lot about this place and so we decided to give it a try. I expected a bit more of a menu and selection given this is a breakfast outfit, however I found the choices were pretty limited.

I ended going with a standard breakfast plate of two eggs over easy, turkey bacon, rosemary hash and rye toast. It was okay, however, the plate arrived with no turkey bacon and we were trying to flag down one of the servers who were idling behind the counter, however, it was one of the other customers who alerted them that we were needing attention, and in the end the missing protein was brought out a few minutes later.

It was okay. Nothing special. My wife enjoyed her eggs benny. Coffee was okay, but I did have to ask for a refill, usually breakfast places are good about bringing a pot around to top up the mugs as they check in.

For what it was and for what it cost, I’m not sure that I’d come back again. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I found this breakfast eatery was made for very short people. Their cappuccino were tiny (and ridiculously expensive for what you get), the table were petite and my 6’6 husband was hunched over at our table. Not a place I’d visit again.

Food was good. I would like to go a few times to see what more of the dishes are.
