Went for the kids bowl for free primo. It was fun for the kids, they got to play 2 games free however I had to pay for the shoes. They have affordable kids meals too that we got for each kid for less than $6 each. They have a few games for kids incase they get done bowling and still want to hang out. The staff at the counter were okay not great.

Due to bad weathers outdoor activities were not permitted. Luckily we accidentally discovered this place to spend some fun time bowling! The staff were very helpful and friendly, also this place is clean and neat! We were lucky to enjoy the great deal $59 plus tax for 1.5 hrs bowling with a pizza included! I highly recommend this place if you visit Red Deer!

we went today for father's day for the brunch and bowling and I must say, the food was great and prices even better! the service was also wonderful as always! bring back all day brunch for more occaisions!

I must say the service was seriously lacking. Not only that but our package included a tshirt that we did not receive. Every time I came to the counter to get drinks ask questions and get clarification on what our package included I got attitude from the female staff including the manager. There was a man with a uniform on that was incredibly helpful. It was a very uncomfortable experience for the adults with how we got treated by the staff. Very disappointing. I booked this party about a month ago and we had to move our party almost 3 times. Not the best experience.

We held our Christmas party at Heritage Lanes, and while the event itself started well, it ended on a sour note when my shoes were stolen. Despite the shoes being placed in a visible spot on top of the counter near the entrance, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, claiming they were not responsible for items left in the shoe counter.
I requested CCTV footage to help locate my shoes, but this was not provided. This raises concerns about the security and accountability of the establishment, as well as the possibility of staff involvement.
Unfortunately, this incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable event, and I hope Heritage Lanes takes steps to improve their security measures and customer service in the future.
The waitress Katie should be reprimanded. After over charging us for our food she became hostile and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to rectify the situation. After the situation was rectified by the manager Andre ( WHO WAS GREAT) I returned to the bar to get a refill on my drink where she made a “joke” directly to my face about SPITTING IN MY DRINK. At that point we decided it was best to leave immediately.

I’ve been going here for years and always had a good experience… except this time I had awful service from a bartender . The manager was AMAZING and helped with the situation. But then when we went back to get a refill the same bartender made a joke about spitting in our drinks. Weird experience
