Today 07/11/2025 dined at Indian Flames and was truly impressed by the food. The chicken tikka, naan, and the Indian salad with chaat masala were all delicious and full of flavor. The kitchen staff truly deserves appreciation.
However, the customer service left much to be desired. We arrived around 8:30 PM and placed our order for a second round. Unfortunately, when we asked for that second round, the staff informed us that we would need to take it to go, even though it was still well before the posted closing time of 9:30 PM. This felt rushed and somewhat discourteous, which detracted from the overall experience.
In summary, while the food was fantastic, the customer service needs improvement to match the quality of the cuisine. I hope they can address this for future diners.

We enjoyed several nice dishes in a quiet atmosphere. Our server was Komal who just returned from India. She was excellent. The sizzling Malai Chicken Tikka was fantastic!
