Excellent service, excellent food. Steak was perfect, grilled shrimp was perfect, and so was the salmon and all the sides we recieved. Reasonably priced as well! Three meals (two seafood, one steak) only amounted to about $56. Will be back again if passing through!!
I saw a pic online of their steak sandwich and I had to try it.
The outside of JD’s is pretty non-description as it is part of a motel. The inside is also dark and bar-y. But at 2 pm on a Friday it was PACKED. I had the 7 Oz steak sandwich add mushrooms and D had the Friday special of pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy. Both were hot, fresh and delicious. I would go back for either again. They also have @troubledmonk Troubled Tea on tap! Definitely recommend!

I have been to JD’s twice and both times I have enjoyed the service a lot. Great staff.
The food was surprisingly good! I had the taco tater tots first time and the mini yorkies the second - both were satisfying and hit the spot.
The atmosphere is local pub, afterwork crowd, old timers drinking too much and having fun watching sports. Dim lighting, aged bar, but perfect for a super casual bite to eat and a couple of beers.
