Our dishes and service were not good at all, the chowder was cold and full of sand and absolutely flavourless. Won't recommend it and won't come back.

My 86 year-old mom and I used to stop in all the time and that ended with the lockdowns. We finally were able to visit again this evening and it was wonderful! 1. It's been freshly and tastefully renovated (the booth seating is amazingly comfortable!!) A very clean look and feel. 2. Our server - RJ - was superb (super attentive, thoughtful, and helpful)! 3. Our meals were delicious! From the battered Cod and Haddock to coleslaw, every bite was wonderful. 4. The prices were very reasonable by today's standards and we did not leave feeling hungry at all. Thank you Joey's - keep up that great work!

My fish was a little dry. And was quite "fishy" the French fries were the absolute best. The server, I'm not sure of the name.. he was fantastic. Great customer service!

Just got seated and after that I felt like I didn’t exist , the waitress would ask others how they were doing and if the needed anything but when it came to me no word was said just refilled on the things I needed and had 0 to no communication, I don’t want to make it a race thing but I did realize I was the only African decent person there so I thought that might’ve been it, good food , not so welcoming of a restaurant.
