From the moment we walked in, the welcome was wonderful! Herve, the kitchen guy, greeted us right away. Marj, the front lady, was incredibly helpful and polite. We were struggling to find the best deal among the meals, and she guided us to the perfect choice. JB Red Deer, you're truly fortunate to have them on your team.
Very Bad customer service , over charge us and manager never apologise very rude, let us wait didn't acknowledge us to take the order. Me and my wife decided to dine in and decided to order their promo that has a banner in front of the counter but they made it ala carte so the price is higher and when we notice it while eating I told my wife to let them know but instead of saying sorry for the mistake the manager let us wait and shouted somebody at the back like we are the one who made the mistake of ordering, thats when I told her never mind , you can keep it. Instead of enjoying lunch with my wife we got very upset of how they treat their customer. I hope they improve on customer service never treat customer as like we owe you . We are not asking any free food we are paying customer I don't want you to close but if this keeps on going this is we're this business is going to end up.
