We had a wonderful dinner last night with my family. My nieces enjoyed their food especially the chicken because of its crispiness and the food was served fresh and hot, i would say that they have a great quality product. Their manager, Mike was very attentive and approachable he still managed to assist us while he also doing the drive-thru. Marietta (cashier) helped us to get discount in signing up for the rewards and that was awesome! While they are preparing our food they make sure that all our orders are complete before they hand it to us. Michelle still managed to smile even we have a lot of request. The store was so clean when we dine last night. Overall we had a great experienced!
Had a chicken sandwich, $10 came with minimal sauce, no cheese or vegetables.

My son ordered 6 pcs chicken with 2 sides and 2 drinks but the cashier placed the order as 6 pcs chicken with 2 sides only with almost the same price. The chiken is too dark and it doesn't taste good that is why my kids took one bite only. I phoned the store(Red Deer) and I was able to talk to the manager and insisted that there is nothing wrong on their part. She even told me that she will show me their oil change record. Lol. It is so obvious that the quality of your chicken did not meet Jollibee standards. We always order at Jollibee so we know when the product quality is bad. Waste of money and time. My suggestion is..be consistent on your product quality and listen to your customer's concern. The manager does not know how to handle customer's complaint. She needs more training. Bad service and poor product quality.

This is my first time in Jollibee. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 out of five for food was the spicy chicken sandwich really wasn't that spicy even with jalapenos. Before people start commenting that spice levels are relative keep in mind I'm a 47-year-old Irish/Italian man who just wanted a bit of a kick.
Everything else was top-notch. The service at this particular location was amazing and I would go back as well without hesitation!
