Subject: Terrible Experience – Immediate Attention Needed
Dear Jollibee Corporate,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent visit to your location. I have never had such a frustrating experience at any fast food restaurant, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention in hopes that you will take immediate action.
First and foremost, I waited over 20 minutes for a burger, only to receive it cold with soggy, unmelted cheese. The fries were bland and tasteless, and the pop was weak and watered down. The parking lot was dangerously icy, making it difficult to even get to the restaurant safely.
To make matters worse, parts of my order were missing—items I had already paid for. When I asked for mayo, which I had originally requested to be included, the staff proceeded to argue with me. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable, especially when you’re already failing to deliver a basic service.
It's particularly concerning that the restaurant is making excuses about “just opening,” yet the food was subpar, the service was slow, and the overall experience was absolutely dreadful. My dog wouldn't even eat the scraps I left behind, which says it all.
As a first-time customer, this will absolutely be my last time at Jollibee. When a business operates like this—delivering cold, poorly prepared food and arguing with paying customers—it’s a sign of serious internal problems.
I sincerely hope Jollibee takes this feedback seriously. If your goal is to stay competitive and retain customers, this type of service will surely drive business away.
I look forward to your prompt response and action on this matter.

Thought we'd try out something different,, ordered a burger with a side of spaghetti for myself and 3 piece chicken stripes and fries for my wife.
Waited close to 40min even though it wasn't very busy,, everything was cold except for the spaghetti,, and even that was barely warm.
Soooooo very disappointed!!
Won't be going back again!!
Total waist of time and money.
