The lady behind the till was talking on the phone the entire time, took her a minute to even acknowledge me standing there as she was too wrapped up in her phone call. She maybe spoke two words to me, then continued on her call before I had even paid. Very unprofessional

Very rude employee! I got there and she was on her phone she didn’t acknowledge me until I said something. And then she wasn’t listening what I wanted because she was on her phone all the time. What a bad service! I would not go there anymore because of that.

Swamp Queen

Your skip the dishes menu is incorrect. Your bubble teas are listed as coming with tapioca pearls and popping pearls as a base ingredient with the option to add extra. I ordered the passion lemonade, the mango lemonade and the red heart guave. All of them are listed as coming with the pearls and when my order arrived there were no pearls. So I called to see why that might happen, maybe there was a shortage of tapioca or agar agar. I was told that even though skip the dishes listed the pearls as a base ingredient, that the bubbles in the bubble tea are an add on and if I wanted any I had to add it as an extra. The only reason I ordered the drinks was the little popping bubbles and coconut jelly. It would have been nice to know how to recieve the actual thing I was trying to buy before I made the order. Thanks.

I came to jugo juice at 10:35 on Tuesday March 19 to purchase a vitamin water and an energy drink. The young woman was on her phone speaking another language and as I stood there for 2 minutes she didn't acknowledge me . A polite just a minute please in English would have been fine with me. She just continued talking so I walked away. I will never stop here ever again and will tell family & friends about this rudeness.

Would not recommend the apple caramel sandwich combo. Very dry, unappetizing sandwich. Staff was unaware of the deal - I had to take a picture of the sticker on the display case and show them the deal, and they still tried to charge us 8$ as they thought it was 4$ for the bottled water.

The customer service here is terrible, I went on my break to grab a smoothie instantly thought it tasted off a little sour.. but I thought maybe it was just me and within minutes it started separating as if it had been sitting on the counter for hours, I brought it back as this has never happens any other time I’ve gotten their smoothies and the lady was incredibly rude instantly said “that’s to bad smoothies separate after 15 minutes “ I said that it was separating right away after buying it and it tasted sour and I get this exact smoothie and it’s never done this or tasted that way, she continued to argue with me that there was no way it’s sour and she would not be making me a new one or refunding my money and turned her back to me and started to act as if I wasn’t even there, I then asked her for her name and said I would be speaking with a manager she told me no multiple times till finally giving me her name,. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer the way she treated me over a $7 smoothie that could have just been replaced. Needless to say I will no longer be supporting jugo juice.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional every time I have ordered in person or through skip. Employees look and act like they don’t want to be there at all. Disappointed, used to love this place.
