Just went here for some food and I could barely understand the worker on the speaker due to the thick accent and her interrupting me asking “is that everything” every 3 seconds. She ended up forgetting 1 drink, 2 sauces and a popcorn chicken that was supposed to come in the meal box. Horrible experience.

Service is very bad at drive through, employee was not friendly at all, didn’t give us the receipt. Very expensive food. $3.49 for a very small gravy. 1 small gravy and large popcorn chicken cost $19+ already

What a joke. What has kfc turned into? Ordered an online order at 5:30pm. It said it would be ready at 5:45pm. I got there 5 mins late to give em extra time. Waited tell 610 for my order to finally be completed. You would think after having 40 mins or get my order ready and collected together they would of got it right. Guess it's my fault for not checking the bag. Half my order want even in the bag after all that. Missing large popcorn chicken. I'm not from reddeer and have no intentions of turning my car around to get back my $15 worth of food i was ripped off on. Thanks for ripping me off......

Wasn't acknowledged for 20 mins. Got home (to sylvan), couldn't even smell the kfc chicken. Gravy was watered down and tasteless, chicken was under cooked & fatty/greasy & tasteless!!! So Very Disappointed to Spend That Kind of Money on Disgusting, Horribly, Awful Food! 😖 Red Deer North kfc

Absolutely disgusting food today on Mothers Day. Thought we could grab a nice bucket of chicken and for a picnic, thinking it would be the old KFC nicely made with care food, instead we got slimy, falling off the bone meat with blood in it, half baked in coating and the meat looked like you could not identify it as a chicken. Service was also crap. Will never go back.

Went through the drive through to get 2 Mother's Day. Specials, the guy at the window told us 20 minutes. I've now been here 45 minutes. Service sucks. If he's gonna say 20 minutes. It better be 20 minutes, not 40,45 minutes to get food.
3 people working and it takes 1 hour to get through drive thru. I asked for a popcorn chicken pountine, got a poutine with frozen cheese curdss and cold gravy. They take the curds out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. If the cheese curds arent melting with the heat of a fries and gravy then your curds are FROZEN. This establishment is GARBAGE. Treated like second hand garbage because i didnt get what i asked for. A popcorn chicken poutine comes with potatoes corn popcorn chicken gravy and cheese. They topped my poutine with popcorn chicken and MORE GRAVY. Got my refund but im not coming back until they get more then 4 people to work at a time and its a mixed team of people not just Filipino's.

You truly need a pickup spot with a phone number on the sign for pick up orders. Your store is not set up

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The wait for my order took forever—over an hour! When the food finally arrived, there was no chicken in it, despite me specifically ordering it. The waiter was not very attentive and couldn't explain what had happened.
Such disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. It felt like the restaurant wasn't prepared to handle service, and it really ruined my experience. I don’t plan on returning and would not recommend this place to others.
