Everytime we come to this KFC on the North end of RedDeer, there is some kind of screw up... No white meat chicken, not enough to fill a 10 pcs bucket " can you wait 20 minutes please". Everytime it's something. Been here 25-30 times and never happy. It is good food when we get it though.

I ordered online to save my time, then I went to the restaurant after 35 minutes, they said there was no more so I requested to refund but They ask me to return to talk to the manager at 6 pm it is one hour after to refund!!!!!! Then they decided to do my order!!!! Then when I took my order, I release it different and missed 2 wrap!!!

Don’t eat here ordered 3 piece chicken got all dark meat…it’s supposed to have 1 rib 1 thigh and 1 drumstick..horrible greasy wrapped in 3 napkins was still dripping full of grease when I got home (20 min) later…meat was slimy tasted horrible!,fries were cold and it was nearly lunchtime OMG what a waste of $16…never go back yuk!!!

Dont waste your time going here. This is by far the worst KFC in town. When you go to KFC you expect to have chicken at 8 pm, (they closes at 10pm) we go there and they say their chicken is sold out and wait time is 45mins.
