Was turned away at the drive thru tonight at 10:50 because apparently they close at 10:45 even though it says they're open until 11. All the lights were on and the drive thru open sign was still lit. Not impressed 😕

Unsatisfied with quality. Service needs improvement and structure. Had to wait 15mins for a 2pc of chicken with onion rings. They said i would recieve 2 Legs or if Im willing to wait for 20-25minutes for a thigh part - which I agreed for both legs as it is no biggy. However, after all the waiting and paying 19$ for a meal I expected a decent size or portion of chicken. But no I asked if they have any other chicken as the legs they gave me was very small and I was told all the chicken was small.

went in got shitty service from the start she didn’t listen to my order at all we ordered the pickle box and that comes with fries, pop corn chicken and a drink we changed the fries to loaded fries she didn’t listen. we went back in and told her our order was wrong she grabbed my fries without any gloves on threw them back into the bag and gave fresh ones to the pickle burger but not my taco will never be going there again worst experience ever
