My bro order tender& popcorn box from drive thru with Uride but when he open the bag there is no tenders in the bag and he paid $8.39 but he got popcorn corn fill up stead popcorn fill up is $ 4.95 so the store owed my bro $3 that is rip off or no team work ether way that pull shit

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for slimy chicken. Brutal gravy and. Literally had to go home and broil the grease out of the chicken. There was so much grease at the bottom of the barrel it had to be throw out immediately. Do better KFC , you owe me my money back for this purchase. Disgusting

Went in last night and this place was slammed. They were racing to fill orders and I knew that there would be a wait. They were slow taking orders at the time I walked in and the manager apologized and explained they just needed minute to catch up. I decided the wait was ok and I am so glad I did. The food was so really good. We had not had KFC for a few years and I was pleased it tasted like the old KFC which we loved Some folks were clearly upset but the staff stayed very professional and kept powering through. The manager really tried to keep folks happy. I appreciate food services workers who sometimes put up with a lot from customers and often work short staffed. You might have had a off night but you did an excellent job. Thank you for what you do

Felt pretty chaotic in the kitchen area and odd they would have to cook new chicken at prime time during the supper rush..one fellow waited over 40 minutes for his order..will have to improve because Popeyes is breathing down the back of col.saunders. Tell us why we should buy KFC and why a small tub of gravy should cost 7.99...
