Went through the drive-thru and was told a 7 minute wait and that was okay with me, ended up being a 22 minute wait at the window. Like I said to the guy, I would’ve not mind the wait if they told me to wait longer. But we were at the window for so long and we would try to grab their attention and they just ignored us. Terrible customer service.

Ordered food online and they did not send the whole order, the second time in a row. We called and it range for 3 minutes, we hung up and called from another number and someone picked up. The staff offered us a free basket next time we come in, not a refund or to send our food.This place is not worth the cost and they just steal your money and take zero accountability. Don’t order food from here.

Worst food I have ever had at KFC in Alberta. The chicken was dripping with grease, the fries were soggy and cold, asked for diet Pepsi and was told we don't have any. And the maybe 6 popcorn chicken peices were the best part.

Hi i had great experience in this store as staff are very polite and friendly and the young girl at the front i really appreciated her work i orderd 2 plant based combo the food was so fresh and tasty. I highly recommend to everyone to go to this store .
South Hill Location.Stay away! Went there for a meal and placed our order. After about 20 minutes of standing there, decided to ask if our order will soon be ready. Well, the order was not started and the girl on the cash handed our order on paper back to the guys in the back. We decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere. They "refunded" us. When I checked our account, we were actually charged again! Had to go back there again and get refunded for both charges.Meanwhile, Mary Browns was amazing as always and even brought us over a little treat while we were having our meal.Won't be back here at this KFC again.

The gravy isn't the same, they give less fries, and don't fill the salad containers in full. The food tastes good but getting skimpy.
