This was my first brand new car purchase so I had done my research , price comparisons etc. I knew what I wanted and Tiana Made that happen. Never once pressured me or tried to upsell me as she knew I had my heart set on the Sportage. Tiana also explained all the fancy bells and whistles on the vehicle that I’m now the extremely stoked owner of. I am so happy with my new car. With gas prices going higher and everything else going the same way, I decided that the SUV was just too much for me. These people at KIA motors in Red Deer made it so easy for me to switch over to a smaller vehicle. Something that was a little better on gas and will also be better on insurance because now it's more of a grocery getter than a play vehicle. Also, at my age I'm not going to be climbing rocks. While I was filling out the paperwork, they moved all my thing from one vehicle to the other. They truly went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They sweetened the deal for me with a lot of extra things. I could not have asked for nicer people to help me.
