The interior of the store is so adorable! My only bad experience is how my milk tea came out. My order was a brown sugar milk tea with less ice and 25% sugar. It says 25% on the sticky note, but when I took a sip, it felt like they added an extra 25% of sugar. I had to add a lot of water to the drink to lessen the sweetness. Also, the store should be mixing their drinks, at least just a little, it should be a part of their job. When I got my drink, it did not look mixed once bit, so just a feedback to the store.

Worst service. Went to the drive through to order and no one was there to answer. Thinking it was closed. I went to the front and I go inside and there’s no one at the front. I yell and see if anyone’s in there and some kid says wait a minute like I have to wait for him. He was probably on his phone or something. No one else was there and he was really rude. I wouldnt go back.

On google the closing time is 8.00 pm.. we went at 7.20 pm and the doors were closed.. people were standing inside, we knocked but don’t have courtesy to even answer.. Pathetic customer service

The milk tea is good, however, the pearls are not so. Kinda disappointed because I bought an add-ons. It's not chewy, maybe it's overcooked. But I'll try nextime. Thank you.

I tried out the okinawa brown sugar bubble tea with coffee jelly, it’s pretty good although most of the tapioca pearls are too overdone (mushy) for my liking. Am willing to try again though!
