Terrible service. Lady taking orders and working till was very rude. Ignoring customers at counter to take phone calls. Asked my name for order, then when called out it was not even close to how my name is pronounced. She did not speak very good English at all. I will not be returning to that place.

As soon as I walked in at 9:20 p.m. the front staff cashier gave a upset look and while I was ordering it's look like that she is so mad. Half an hour before closing they put up the chair. One of the top table chair was using by my partner and she said can you please move and start sweeping and put the chair up so she can't sit back. I asked for dining then she said no because she wanted to close early. I came from all the way from Bentley with my family so we can have good crispy chicken at the store. Unfortunately there was no dining so we had to come back to our home and the crispiness of the chicken gone and everything was saugy. Please check your camera from 9:20 to 9:45 if you don't believe. She gave us food 9:45 and food wasn't hot which means she wants us to give food late so we can't sit. Please provide proper training to the staff. And if they are getting late to catch the bus that's not customers problem. Hire right people to do the job and for good customer service. Thank you

Service is 0 star. Me and my family came here last night for dinner (around 9:20 pm). Unfortunately, the staff told us that we couldn't dine in cause she needed to close early to catch 9:50 pm bus. I usually don't give rates and comments at stores cause I'm in the food service industry as well. But I never tell my customers that they can't dine in even if they come at the last minute of the closing time.

The worst ever experience we received at mary browns. we've been into a lot of mary browns location but this place is far more than rude, unhospitable and zero quality customer service. I was a manager at a fast food company and I know how closing shift do.
Not recommendable as they are cleaning, putting up chairs up on the table while we were ordering before closing time. The food was not hot at all Never go here!!!!!
Kid-friendliness: Abosolutely not kid friendly as my 22 month old baby was hungry at the time and I ask them if we could dine-in but at 9:30pm they said we are not allowed to do so.

The service that the front staff is not accomodating. She did not let my family eat in the store because she said "I had been working for the whole day and had to catch the bus, 945pm i have to close the door". It is just 920pm and on the sign that store close at 10pm. We all are standing inside and outside the store. All of the chairs are up. She offended me by asking what is my partner's ethnicity i think it is not necessary. Racist! On the top of it she ask me if my partner is a Taxi driver! For what ? ? Very poor service!
Fair prices,pieces of chicken twice the size of kfc.Chicken is always fresh and juicy.

First time ever trying this place and the food was excellent. Best chicken burger I've had in ages and the fries were delicious. I love fountain pop, but they only had cans. The service was really friendly and we'll definitely be going back.
