“Early in the morning, we went through a drive-thru before heading out on a long drive. We ordered two sausage McGriddles and drinks. While already on the highway, we noticed the cheese was missing from the McGriddles. We called the store, not to complain, but simply to provide feedback. The manager, Patricia, was very apologetic and assured us she would relay the message to the kitchen team. She also promised to make it up to us the next time we visit. This, to me, is a great sign of good customer service—being able to acknowledge mistakes and showing a willingness to improve.“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected—classic comfort fast food done right. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, which made dining in really pleasant. Shoutout to the staff too—everyone was friendly, efficient, and seemed to really care about good service. Kid-friendliness: The front staff entertained my siblings by giving them free colouring books and some stickers while we waited for the order!“

“I went to this location the first time and it was very dirty. I have since been back, and they have made some great improvements. The staff must have just had a bad day on my first visit. I stopped to talk to some of the team their and they are a really good team.“

“I was a bit anxious to order on the app and drive thru early on the way to work as I've usually experienced some frustration, but decided to try again. I was pleasantly surprised! No hiccups from the app.. and whoever was the young lady working deserves a raise! She had a positive pleasant voice and was quite pretty from what I could tell. Service was great! The coffee was good. It was early and dark out still so I wasn't able to read a name tag ( but I was stunned by her anyway ?). Thank you. This review is for the downtown location.“

“Was originally a little bit disappointed with my late night trip to McDonald’s today as I had to wait 4 minutes at the speaker. Then after I ordered was parked and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food, but I was given a free large fry for the inconvenience, which was fantastic and the ladies working tonight were super friendly and nice, apologized for the long wait, they seem to be doing their best so for that Good Job.“
