McDonald's in Red Deer

“Early in the morning, we went through a drive-thru before heading out on a long drive. We ordered two sausage McGriddles and drinks. While already on the highway, we noticed the cheese was missing from the McGriddles. We called the store, not to complain, but simply to provide feedback. The manager, Patricia, was very apologetic and assured us she would relay the message to the kitchen team. She also promised to make it up to us the next time we visit. This, to me, is a great sign of good customer service—being able to acknowledge mistakes and showing a willingness to improve.“

“What a great place, I had ordered a grilled chicken wrap, it took a bit longer than my friends food (no more than 5mins) and in the meantime, I was offered French fries so that I could eat with my friends! How thoughtful, the staff here made my day! Will be back!!“

“I went to this location the first time and it was very dirty. I have since been back, and they have made some great improvements. The staff must have just had a bad day on my first visit. I stopped to talk to some of the team their and they are a really good team.“

“My favourite McDonalds here in Red Deer! Workers are very approachable and efficient. Never disappoint me with crispy french fries and hot and fresh burgers. We always go to this store to hang out with my workmates!

Dietary restrictions: Love it when they asked about some allergens and repeating the orders to you☺️

Kid-friendliness: The front staff entertained my siblings by giving them free colouring books and some stickers while we waited for the order!“

“I was a bit anxious to order on the app and drive thru early on the way to work as I've usually experienced some frustration, but decided to try again. I was pleasantly surprised! No hiccups from the app.. and whoever was the young lady working deserves a raise! She had a positive pleasant voice and was quite pretty from what I could tell. Service was great! The coffee was good. It was early and dark out still so I wasn't able to read a name tag ( but I was stunned by her anyway ?). Thank you. This review is for the downtown location.“
