It took them more than 15 minutes to prepare my order. After I got burnt sandwich. I ordered no meat sandwich - but they added meat into it. My husband ordered pancakes. They just gave me pancakes- no cutlery, no syrup, no butter. When I went back to tell them they didn’t even say sorry and it will take 3-4 mins to replace simple egg and cheese sandwich

Seriously!?! Out of many, many menu items. No large or extra large hot beverages, no muffins... many other items.
Get a grip and learn how to create Par levels for your stock.
Much more is expected from the largest QSR company in the world.
Waiting on foot outside at 2:45 am for 25 minutes. Window opens and that girl at window is telling me she isn't allowed to take order but she will do me favor and take my order. And i will have to wait for another 15 minutes for a single burgur. such a disgusting place.

They only get your order right 50% of the time. I got a double double this morning with no sugar. It's 2 ingredients. Friendly staff, but paying for something you don't get half of the time is pretty frustrating.

The manager Sam obviously can't do math very well. Even tried to give me a hard time claiming "I wanted a refund for a bunger I ate" that burger went directly into the garbage. It was only when she heard I have an allergy from something they put on the burger she changed her tune. Still wasn't refunded the proper amount and was made to feel like it was my mistake. I said 3 times on the speaker and 1 once to the cashier about my order, and I'm made out to be the bad guy here? Wow. This is why I never go to McDonald's anymore. Very poor attitude staff like this... Do yourself the favor and keep on driving past this place. There's a bunchhhh of better options around than this place. Horrible experience.
