I would like to kindly inform you that the washroom was not in a clean condition during my visit. There were feces left in the toilet, and it appeared that it had not been properly cleaned. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly. Thank you.”

the washroom was quite dirty during my visit. It didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, which was disappointing. I hope management improves cleanliness standards.

I asked for extra buffalo sauce and got the complete opposite. I also ordered a medium fry and there was so much salt it was like they were deep fried in the ocean. Burned my mouth not even ketchup could help. NOT RECOMMENDED

We went through the drive thru, with no one in front of us, and waited three minutes in silence before my fiancé said hello three different times and they finally asked what we wanted. He then had to repeat 4 times that he wanted a combo before they answered and asked what he wanted to drink. We asked for a sundae and they said they don’t have sundaes. Not that the machine wasn’t working, they don’t make them, despite the menu offering them. Whatever. We went to pay and they didn’t give us our total or say anything until we asked how much it was. Horrible service, avoid this location if you can

Waited more than 20 minutes for my order, worst customer service, I don’t know why management not taking any steps to resolve this as I can see through reviews that mostly people face this problem for wating too long for their order ….if I have to wait 20 minutes then what’s the fun of that ???? I can cook at home for 10-15 to make hole food . Staff said machine not working how they are able to make payment if their machine not working??? If store need more man power then add few more staff to resolve this issue else taking customers for granted will not work last

Stopped here to get lunch for my kids and I. Right off the bat they had no apple juice or orange juice. Then we order comes and when we received them I put the straws in while waiting at the next window for our food and realized their coke was just soda water. When I informed her she just asked if we wanted something else then. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the new drinks. Not impressed.

Very inconsistent
Either staff are on there game or they aren't. Orders come out wrong, wrong change or told to move up and wait a lot while other fly through drive through.
Definitely don't recommend drive through at this location it is the worst. Has definitely lowered my opinion on this place

what a waste, the menu says 6 pc nugget meal $9.99 pay at the drive thru $11 54 get my food and I guess the cook cant count higher than 4 cause thats all the nuggets I got and the fries are undercooked !!! This place keeps getting worse,

I went through the drive-thru and after placing my order, the lady at the window handed me my drinks. After that, it felt like they completely forgot about me. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes without anyone checking on me. I could see the staff through the window, but they just looked confused and kept walking around without paying attention to customers.

The most disappointing part was the manager. There was a male employee who seemed to be in charge, but he did absolutely nothing to help or manage the situation. He ignored the fact that customers were waiting and made no effort to step in. For a manager, this was very unprofessional and showed a complete lack of leadership.

So disappointed again ! People there are not on the ball !the last 2 times we have ordered we are missing food ! This time we were short a poutine ,and the other poutine did not have any gtavy! My grandkids so upset with their dinner we actually had tears ! Our sundaes were melted by the time the McDonald’s staff brought us the rest of our order! I said to the girl whom waited on us they are already melted she shrugged her shoulders and passed me the cups for our drinks! No trays I had to ask for them ! Our order was for5 people ! I guess I was supposed to carry or juggle 5 drinks and 5 sundaes ! Took forever for the rest of the order ,then we drove home 2-3 km and found we did not get our full order ! Not happy this has happened too many times from this place I will drive a bit further from now on ! Done with McDonald’s !

Was originally a little bit disappointed with my late night trip to McDonald’s today as I had to wait 4 minutes at the speaker. Then after I ordered was parked and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food, but I was given a free large fry for the inconvenience, which was fantastic and the ladies working tonight were super friendly and nice, apologized for the long wait, they seem to be doing their best so for that Good Job.
