If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Stale mcmuffins, cold mcgriddles - that's if they get my order right at all. They can't even put the right stuff in a mcflurry.

Ordered a cheeseburger and waited 1/2 hour and still didn't get it... walked out after waiting so long even though I paid for it... tried calling to complain and they didn't answer the phone... not happy!!! Service snd management only cared about drive thru... will never ever go back even if someone paid me to... not worth it

our fries were not filled close to enough so we asked for them to be filled more and we were treated very rudely. then my son accidentally spilled his fries on the floor and so we asked for half of the fries to be given to us again and they told us it’s not what they do and very rudely told us they can’t. this was the manager and some other female staff.

I’m a McDonald’s worker with no previous problems using my promo that I worked for, she said it expired? How does a promo ticket, not Coupon? How does that expire! Then I tried to use my 50% off and it says directlyOn it a new is considered 4 items she didn’t let me buy my McFlurry had to buy it seperatly! Unbelievable for another worker to treat you so bad, then when walking out I see a person who I infer to be a friend buy multiple things without the coupon while the girl says it’s fine and gives her, her own 50% code. Unbelievable my friends burgers burnt, had to reasame due to horrible placement and sauce everywhere. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Easily the worst location in the city. Horrible service no matter what time or day it is. 20 minutes for a bigmac at 2pm, staff that can't handle more than one order or task at a time. It's crazy how far this one has fallen.

Night Staff treat people like more of an inconvenience than a reason for their job.Nothing but poor attitude on more than one attempt to buy food there. It should close early seeing as staff don't want to work or possibly even smile.
