Took 15 minutes to get a medium coke with no ice that’s it and it still had ice in it. Was on the road so didn’t have time to wait another 15 mins for them to correct it.

Slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Came through at peak lunch time and still had to wait more than 10 minutes for my burger. Should have paid attention to the empty parking lot and fact that there was no line up at the drive thru.

Says 24hrs but I went to the drive through at 12.47 am . Theres two employees inside .ones mopping the floor the other doesn’t want to come and pick my order at the drive thru.the front door is locked.

Service was fast, but then again I only ordered a coffee, but they seemed efficient. Front doorway was sloppy-wet and slippery. Yes there was lots of snow outside, but they should know and prioritize keeping it as dry and safe as possible (very slippery, and almost biffed it on entry which is why I gave 4 stars)

New cashier had to get help to take my order. Restaurant and washroom were very dirty. Lettuce on my burger and the chicken sandwich was brown and slimy. Chicken sandwich was cold and dried out😕

I have been a regular McDonald’s customer for years, but today I had one of the worst customer service experiences.
I placed an order through the app, including the $4 sandwich special. My total was over $24 and was successfully charged to my credit card. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they didn’t have my order. Due to a system glitch, I was also unable to find the order in the app.
I explained the situation to the staff member at the counter, who said he needed to speak with the manager. When I tried to explain the issue to the manager, she insisted I must have selected the wrong location. I informed her that I had selected Patrolia Dr, but she did not acknowledge the issue and told me to contact my bank instead.
Because my order was missing and the $4 sandwich offer had disappeared (since it is one per customer), I had no choice but to place another order without the offer and pay again. Then, after I left the restaurant, I received a notification on my app that the original mobile order had finally gone through — which I then had to cancel.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than helping or trying to understand what went wrong, I was dismissed and given no support.

We tried to order at the speaker but Xyril kept talking over us and told us to come to the window. We went to the window and the man in there waved us to the next one. Xyril was at the next window and was angry at us for not ordering at the speaker even though she wouldn't let us talk and she continued talking over us when we were trying to order. Maybe give people a chance to actually order before getting yourself into a bad mood over your own actions. We ended up waiting in a lane for our food and it took a few minutes for the food and they were overcooked and dry.
