The guy at the drive through window was rude and had an attitude. We just asked if they had any milk alternatives for our coffee as my wife has a dairy allergy. When picking up my black coffee at the second window, I mentioned the guy at the first window had quite the attitude. The lady at the second window scoffed and laughed. Do better McDonald’s. Perhaps find staff with some customer service skills.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. 15 mins to get through the drive through when one person was in front of me, pop completely flat and enough lettuce on the big Mac to make a salad.Ray Kroc would be rolling in his grave

Stopped at the sign in the drive thru waiting about 4 minutes then decided to drive up to pay window thought something was wrong with speaker. Not sure as I waited there for another 5 minutes or so then left. Can't comment on the food because I never got service. Not sure the owner of this restaurant would like to know that the driver thru had our service and this was 550 pm on Thursday. Went down to the next restaurant got good service. How they improve.

Ok, 5:30 am today 2 cars in the drive thru myself and one other one. First cars guess forgot something in their order cause they circled back around to the window. My order , I had to circle back around, forgot item in my order then I pull away and take sip of coffee and find it is made wrong asked for 2 sugar and I got cream in my coffee I didnt ask for, I dont like cream in my coffee. This person working drive thru obviously didn't listen to 2 customer . He is in too much of a hurry, and the restaurant isn't open for dining in, strictly drive thru. I wont go back.
This place is always busy and service is slow. The restaurant and bathrooms are always dirty. Today 2/3 urinals and the one toilet in the washroom were not working. They have a hard time keeping the orders on track.

Went here on Apr 1/2024 Good service, friendly and happy staff, and fresh tasting food with order exactly as requested (had modifications). A great McDonald's to go to!Parking: easy to park on west or south side of building

My family stopped here for a quick supper. We ordered at the drive thru . We had to correct the order 3 times before she got it right. When we got to the window we were given 6 drinks. Two more than ordered, all the wrong size and drink type. She then re read our order it was completely wrong. The manager took over for the worker and went over our order again. She read it back and it was wrong again. After trying to Correct it for the 3rd time, my husband said can you just start over and take my order again. She messed it up one more time before getting it right. When we finally received our food we stayed until I double checked the order. We still ended up missing fries. I looked at the manager and decided to just take what we got because she was rolling her eyes at us and clearly annoyed. An order should not have to be taken and corrected 8 times. It was a pretty simple order. The staff was rude, and clearly not meant to deal with customers. More than 10 mins to get our food and it was awful. I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location.

Don’t stop here! Expect to order 2-3 times at the microphone and then drive up to the window and redo your order 3 more times. Then you should expect to still receive the wrong food/ drinks. Once all that hassle is over with they serve you unsalted fries, half full fry containers and a bad attitude. If I haven’t put the point across, don’t stop here. Horrible experience.
