Ordered a meal with a southwest poutine. Took 20 minutes to come out, even though they cleared the order immediately (make the wait times look better I guess). Then I got this disgrace. Whole staff should be fired immediately.
Asked for no bun - Did not mean no cheese.
Ordered double cheese burger.
Wanted cheese.
Dry burger without cheese.
Disappointed.
Should have ordered anywhere else.

I ordered coffee with splindea they put sugar instead of splindea. I am diabetic
Supposed to be open until 10pm, they shut off the restaurant to people at 9:20pm, as a franchise they cannot do this and have to serve until 10pm as stated. All of them were unfortunately rude and when they messed up my order they were upset with me. Will be calling to report as we were sitting here and watched them turn away 2 people when they should have been served. Very unacceptable from the Manager INA was her name.
Flies everywhere. Every table filthy. Drink area filthy. Slow service and old stale food. And not even cheap.

waited in the drive thru for more than 10 mins untill i had to switch lanes, i ordered 3 drinks and they thought i said a Large fries and i said no a large sprite, and i got charged for a large fry after saying i didn’t want it. person who served me wasn’t at all friendly and not great service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Everytime we go, our orders are always wrong. Horrible customer service. I had trouble getting the person to even repeat my order. Our coffee's were given to us with coffee all over the lid and side. They didn't even offer napkins. It's in and out for money only.
