Supposed to be open until 10pm, they shut off the restaurant to people at 9:20pm, as a franchise they cannot do this and have to serve until 10pm as stated. All of them were unfortunately rude and when they messed up my order they were upset with me. Will be calling to report as we were sitting here and watched them turn away 2 people when they should have been served. Very unacceptable from the Manager INA was her name.

waited in the drive thru for more than 10 mins untill i had to switch lanes, i ordered 3 drinks and they thought i said a Large fries and i said no a large sprite, and i got charged for a large fry after saying i didn’t want it. person who served me wasn’t at all friendly and not great service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Everytime we go, our orders are always wrong. Horrible customer service. I had trouble getting the person to even repeat my order. Our coffee's were given to us with coffee all over the lid and side. They didn't even offer napkins. It's in and out for money only.

Ordered a lettuce wrap Big Mac in drive through, waited forever in parking lot because they didn't have it ready at window. Then, to see the pathetic food item I ordered was just unbelievable! To pay $6.60 for a Big Mac and to receive the thrown together mini patties was a complete waste of time and money. I'm extremely disappointed!!!

We ordered junior chicken with extra patties and we waited like 10 mins for the order, while waiting all the table were dirty. When we got the order we could able to smell the bad overused oil and it making the patties taste bitter. I was not even able to finish my burger….

Worst one in town! Never gets orders right, always has burnt coffee, and can’t make a simple coffee. I have a simple coffee and seems they still can’t make that. 2 cream 1 sugar… not hard. You may have better coffee but it’s never good.. I’d rather drink Tim Hortons nasty coffee. Least there I know my coffee will be made correctly…

Young male front staff was very rude. They told me they were out of the drink I ordered and when I asked if I could substitute it with a soft drink and be refunded with the price difference he said angrily "I dunno". He then proceeded to slam the straws on the counter after he got the drinks. The food was very good it's just a shame that the front staff can't provide the same level of service as the kitchen staff.

Ordered 3 combo with fries and drinks. The fries were looking dark in color which was not eatable. While giving the fries back got to them, got to know that they were changing oil !!! Seriously!!! Which restaurant changes oil during mid day while orders are going. Not sure if the chicken were also fried in the same burnt oil. Hoping not to get sick.
