McDonald's

I don't know why, but this McDonald's has the worst tasting coffee. Maybe they don't clean their coffee makers, I don't know. And they never have decaffeinated coffee!

Went in Sunday June 1st at 1:45pm hoping to get a quick meal, there was 1 person in front of me, the worker took her order and then I waited at least 5 minutes and nobody took my order so I left. The manager stood in the back watching the workers work but couldn't be bothered to help despite clearly seeing me standing there waiting to be helped. Won't be coming back to this store. Not sure how you expect employees to provide good customer service when the manager who should be leading by example just stands there and does nothing.

The food was ok but the girl working in front jashaan was doing very great job she is very hard working girl taking care of all the orders like its for her own family good job jashaan

Half made burgers that were old and chewy, no onions or pickles on anything, how is it that hard to cook a mcdonalds burger properly and assemble it it's litterally the simplest starter job you guys are a joke. Go to Burger boy in lower fairview, same price but the foods 1000x better

Never going to parkland Mc Donald’s,it’s my third time buying large fries with my ordered they forget to give. The staff is rude. Chicken is either not fresh or not cooked nicely.

The food itself was quite good, but I was disappointed with the service. I accidentally ordered a burger with cheese, which I acknowledge was my mistake. I politely went to the counter to see if it might be possible to get a replacement without cheese. However, the woman at the counter responded with, “It’s not our fault,” in a condescending tone.

I simply smiled and said, “Okay, thank you,” but I believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more kindness and understanding.

3rd time ordered delivery 3rd time missing items and no way to get refund they ask your name to add items in next Delivery but they never do worst service cold food missing items constantly I'm no longer going to use any McDonald A&W just got new clients

Genuinely very upset with the service I had today. My fitness and I stopped in after a long day of work and swimming. Just to get told “no poutine “(which almost still paid for it, got our refund) as well as served RAW BACON on our burgers!
Been sitting in my damn toilet for over 2 hours! Don’t eat here unless you have no other choice! I’d rather eat raw leaves and rat pellets than this ever again!

2 hours to get my order... Never again.

South McDonald's in Walmart is by far the worst in Red Deer. Staff needs to learn personal hygiene, the guy is always playing with his facial hair then goes to make mc muffins without washing or wearing gloves. Cashiers touch money then goes and touches food. WASH YOUR

Fries were burnt and hard as cardboard.

Main problem was the employees were chatting very loudly in Hindu, disturbing the patrons in the restaurant.

Their names were Arshdeep and Harpreet I believe.

The service was not very friendly but ok. They forgot to put mayonnaise in my sandwich, the fries were hot and that's good, i didn't get enough gravy in my poutine, and the tea wasn't hot.

Food was alright not the greatest but. They forgot to even put toys in kids meals again and no yogurt tubes again not to mention the girl working there was constantly rolling her eyes at everyone.

Service was terrible. I ordered a large coffee frappe. She gave me that much. When I asked her is should be full then she replied the machine gave me that. Very bad service. Btw she was the manager its unexpected from her.
