Guy took forever and was rude. Was dealing with cash and other dirty things and didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves before touching all over my ice cream cone. The ice cream itself is the worst McDonalds ice cream i've ever had.

Was there twice today, for coffee -morning and for lunch got a meal- amazing service both times, the staff is very friendly, perfect sandwich and fries. Good location for spend your break. Will definitely come back.

Service is terrible in this place. Second weekend in a row that I have gone there and they just can't seem to get an order right, but they sure don't have an issue charging you for what you didn't get. No one will answer the phone either when you call to let them know. Worst McDonald's in red deer.

Very rude employees! And make sure you say credit/debit for pre-paid gift cards instead of gift card, otherwise they will charge you again and they won’t do refunds on a gift card!

1 staff on shift other than the manager and 10 minutes to make one order. Brutal. Unprofessional and a bloody waste of time as delivery driver.
Ordered from their app, took over 15 minutes to get order. Order was completely wrong. Too much time spent looking after drive thru customers!!!!!
