Didn't even order...... Place was dirty.......like gross dirty. Every table, floor, pop/napkin/ketchup everything. While trying to find a clean table you could hear the staff being super loud and having really obnoxious conversations, nothing terrible but stuff I didn't want the kids hearing. So just left

First of all I know it's Halloween but that's a poor excuse for just plain not listening....so I went inside to place my order the first thing I ordered was 4 chicken nuggets for my 2 dogs then I order for myself filet of fish meal then for my hubby he wanted a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I repeated to her over and over quarter pounder with cheese meal not the blt. So in the end the four nuggets didn't even make it on the bill, fries were not salted and cold, my filet of fish was cold and my husband got the blt instead of the quarter pounder with cheese. I had to go in and order the missing nuggets. So to say the least this was the worst visit to Macdonalds that we have ever had. I guess we all have bad days.

The last 2 times that I have got food there the pop tasted horrible and both times I was shorted on nuggets.

This place is normally pretty good for me, but I don’t know what was going on tonight. I tried ordering a filay o fish which I have ordered numerous times before but was first told they didn’t have any left, then I waited for a couple minutes and was told they couldn’t make any because they had to change the oil or something. Disappointed because I drove out expecting to get what I normally order but was just hit with excuses.
