Place was filthy. Handicap stall was locked so I had no where to change my infant. There was vomit in the bathroom sink. Dirty tables everywhere and staff standing around. Had to ask twice to get a garbage changed because it stank horribly of dirty diapers.

The reality of the situation is that it was late in the evening and we were maybe 6-7th in line with about 5 behind us. We went thru the drivethru not thinking anything was wrong but to say the wait was long is a gross understatement. We must have been waiting without moving for 7-10 min which in the world of drive thru is an eternity. And once we did moved there was an above average wait time of 2-3 times what it should be per car. It was ridiculous. I understand why the curbs along the drive thrus are errected, to deter those who would order and then bail providing a sort of in-store justice to those who make the food and balance the scales of commitment when ordering. But where is our justice when there is a breach of implied contract to those who are bound to an immobilized lineup.

Went in for kid's birthday, playground is noticeable needed attention for cleaning and maintenance, kids were constantly getting static shock through the slide too.
Me and my family come here often as it’s the closest McDonald’s to our house, and the amount of times we’ve come through and not had our order correct is infuriating, simple instructions and poorly made food, it’s annoying when you ask for a cheeseburger with Mac sauce and you end up with a cheeseburger with no cheese and slopped all over with mayo, poorly put together and an absolute mess, even after confirming multiple times at the window,

Went through the drive thru just around 20:30 (830pm), ordered a burger with mac sauce and a kids meal. Got a mac-style burger (not what was ordered) and NO KIDS MEAL. A person orders a kids meal passed 8pm, YOU DON'T FORGET IT. YOU DON'T SEND YOUR CUSTOMER ON THEIR WAY. IT'S BEING ORDERED OUT OF DESPERATION. Your forgetting this meal has upset my household. I understand that portion of trust and fault lies with us. That does not change this. Please fix your standard for serving, for I could've done better and i'm not even trained. Max disappointment tonight.

Went through the drive thru, didn’t get straws or extra sauce that I requested.These things are basics of drive thru, if you can not get the customer order correctly, then you should spend more time training.This might be overlooked if it was random occurrence, but this is basically the standard at all drive thru restaurants.100% unacceptable.
