The drive thru does not give napkins unless you ask, the last window , the lady was rude to hand out the order as well.you ask for ketchup then they won’t give you napkins, is this how this restaurant is training people to save money ?

This is the most worst MCDonalds experienced we ever have. Our coffee has unrecognizable pieces of floaties. (Checked your drinks) A female manager who couldn't be bothered to at least comb her hair. A Grill woman, we thought for a moment. Turned out to be a guy whose hair is longer than any woman co-worker of his. This place isn't the place for a quick bite Wow! What ever happened to hygiene and presentation.

Came through the drive thru bout noon and the guy taking the order couldn’t even find the gravy button on the screen even after I told him it’s in the condiments screen. Then he couldn’t figure out how make my ice coffee a large and just kept hitting the take out button over and over. For the first time ever I had to pull away and just leave the drive thru. I’ll never return. It’s not hard to train your employees the correct way!!!

Same as so many other reviews. This place is horrible and managers are a joke. I made a complaint online and manager emailed me with the kost copy and paste response ever. They didnt care. Didnt offer to make it right or a replacement. I guess I just need to stop even trying because its a joke.

This must be the worst McDonald's in Red Deer. Food is always cold and stale and dried out, like it's been under a warmer for hours. The dried out Chicken burgers never have enough mayo and yesterday they gave me actual brown lettuce on mine. I keep giving this location a chance and it's bad everytime. I should know better to not go here.
