Horrible, extremely rude and cannot take orders for the life of them. Not only that, but when you try to get your correct order, you are yelled at… not exactly professional ( as professional as a food industry can get). To add the cherry on top of the cake, this guy was in my fries, well what was left after they had been thrown in. Ive only had good service from two employees there. Do not recommend at all

I used skip the dishes more than one I never get what is ordered! Tonight they missed two happy meals , can you guess how upset these two kids were? Incapable of put the orders in the bags is not acceptable! You need to hire someone that knows what needs to be done!

They should change their 24 hour advertisement to 23 hours as they are closed from 3am-4am for switching the software/ menu to the breakfast menu. A change taking that long is a real flaw but the biggest upset is the mid-representation of the hours of operation. McDonald please rectify this for the general public.

Dang. I spent 16 bucks on a burger and fries, only to get stale, cold fries after being asked to pull ahead and wait 10 mins. I dunno, something is seriously wrong with this McDonalds.

I’m so very upset with how this McDonald’s is. I used to love it and when I would dine in it would be great considering I work near the location and never had an issue before one day I walk in and the door had an unreadable sign stating not to use the door. And to use the side door, I couldn’t read it very well and it was on the opposite side. I walk in to get in line and then this lady stares at me with an evil stare and then when it’s my turn she gets very mad at me.we both look at eachother in silence she doesn’t ask me what I want, but instead treats me unfairly and starts to get mad at me and is very rude. The door was apparently gonna fall down they should have caution tape and a blockage. The sign is very unprofessional especially because of elderly people with worse eyesight than my own. And ever since I haven’t felt comfortable going back. And now I’m noticing my online orders lacking so many things a couple months ago it used to be great but now they keep forgetting happy meal toys and my younger siblings keep crying about their missing toys, online orders or drive through they just don’t bother what a waste of money !!. My food isn’t up to standard how it used to be at this location. What an upsetting thing. I bet the majority of the employees are lovely but the lack of care and service is really upsetting. I know it’s just a McDonald’s but money should equal good quality.
