It's a quiet little place but so freaking delicious. It's a great way to bribe your kids to wear their snow pants or do their homework lol. "I'll pick up Menchies after work if you...." All the flavors, all the toppings. Always a treat to go and visit!

The owner was very rude, location was not clean. not recommend it. Customer should now that : For every dollar customers spend in Menchies can collect one point and for every 50 point customers can redeem $5) . In the Red Deer location employees and the owners collecting the customer point under they own phone number or silage cart I instead of offering or asking to customers.

Tasty frozen yogurt! ❤️ I love the option to mix & match. I do prefer yogurts made right in front of you out of fruit, though! Like Yogen fruits.

Terrible, so fing expensive I do not recommend terrible customer service. How can they get away with charging this much??? $50? For 3 people for a full dish incredibly terrible and such a rip off
i feel like the flavours have been the same for years and the building itself and decorations are very early 2010’s, but the workers are always super nice and friendly and their toppings are always stocked up

I loved island mango and creamsicle yogurt, all of them were good but i loved these 2 flavours. Customer service was awesome as well, staff were very helpful, generous and friendly. Can recommend this place to friends and family.

Didn’t have any milkshakes or bubble teas or any drinks at all. Why advertise it if you don’t have it and don’t plan on bringing it back.
Very fun and tasty, but also very expensive. You don't know the price until you weigh in at the end.
