I took my husband out for his birthday supper tonight and as always Mr. Mike's in Red Deer did not disappoint. The food was so delicious and our server Jadey was so sweet and so awesome to us. We will definitely be recommending Mr. Mike's to everyone we know!

The Staff was Great! Waitress was super nice. Manager tried, not hard enough, but tried. Ordered Oscar Steak sirloin. First order came cold, very cold. Broccolini was Not cooked, and cold! They tried telling me that that was how it was, like I've never had it before. I asked for extra to start with as I didn't want the mashed potatoes. Received one more piece than what was on my husbands plate, he got the mashed potatoes. Even the parmasean on top wasn't melted, that's how cold it was. Onion rings were very good. Husband said mashed potatoes were very cold as well as his steak. Waitress was on it. She took back and ordered fresh. Next plates, 20 mins later, were better, but broccolini was not cooked and was cold again. Manager brought out 2nd order and offered dessert on the house for the trouble. We each picked the brownie.. to go. When we got home and opened the dessert there was 1 brownie. So I told my husband he could have it. Price...not worth it at all..... Not worth it in my opinion. Very disappointed which was weird as it wasn't our first time there.

MR MIKES in Red Deer absolutely delivers on the casual steakhouse experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed night out with friends or family. The AAA steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the Mikeburgers added a fun twist to the menu. I also tried the pasta and salad, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
What really stood out was the service. Our server, Daidra, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely funny. She had us laughing and enjoying every minute of our evening 1.
The restaurant offers great value, with daily happy hours, games, and a laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Whether you're celebrating something special or just grabbing a bite, MR MIKES is a solid choice in Red Deer.

5 stars for Kaylea! My girlfriend, my mom and I came here around 4pm on August 17th for appetizers. Kaylea greeted us immediately and with a smile. She was a excellent server, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu items/specials.

My wife, son ,grandson and I along with a roommate went to Mr. Mike's in Red Deer on 6701 Gaetz Avenue. We were greeted by the general manager. She was so welcoming. Extremely pleasant and professional. Upon being seated by our waitress who greets with a warm pleasant smile. She took our drink orders and our grandson's food order. When our drinks arrived she took our food order. What fantastic place to sit back and enjoy a great meal. The staff are outstanding and food was equally delicious. The server was Sara Z and I think the General manager was Han 5695. If I got them wrong ,I totally sorry. This is a definite must to enjoy excitement customer service and fantastic food . Another day done on a several day trip from Oliver BC to Grande Prairie AB. We finished the day in Red Deer with a meal at Mr Mikes. Fabulous service and exceptional food. We both had the rib eye with oscar sides. I like mine blue rare, and despite it being just rare, it tasted delicious. The place was busy, but not overly loud, which surprised me.

Went to Mr Mikes last night hoping to enjoy supper on the patio, we were greeted right away when we entered. A lovely lady let us know they were short staffed and there was quite a bit of a wait, we let her know that we would go somewhere else, the lady kindly asked us to wait for a min and returned with two gift cards and a huge apology. Huge props to her and the staff for handling a not so great situation perfectly. Will be back soon to use our gift cards.
