I have always been a huge fan of Mr. pretzel because the pretzels to be honest are delicious. They (Red Deer location) say they open at 11 AM on Sundays so go there prior to going to work and arrived right at 11 and I showed up at the same time as the girl working. She seen me standing there and turned her back and I had to go to the side to ask her how long it would take for pretzels to be ready then she told me it would take at least 40 minutes. So they don’t actually open at 11 as advertised because if that were the case they would be there prior to 11 getting things ready to actually be open to serve customers at 11. so very disappointing.

This is my son favorite bread that’s why I keep on coming back but , Your customer service is very poor everytime I come they look unhappy to see and serve you.

Perhaps they need to adjust the opening times as advertised? 2 weeks in a row they were late opening and had no product ready at 11am. We came two days in a row this weekend for a pretzel for my son. Both days they were not open as advertised at 11 o’clock. We left the first day and thought we would come back in case someone may have had an emergency. On the second day not only did they open late but they didn’t have the pretzels ready for at least 20 minutes. It was 1145am (open at 11am) when we finally were able to get one for our son. Usually they have great customer service so I’m hoping this is not a trend. As a note it was the only thing my son wanted for his birthday and we weren’t able to get it for him on the Saturday. Its hard to explain to a child with Autism that he cannot have the one thing he truly wanted for his birthday when there really does not seem to be a reason for it.

Every time we come here we are well after the stated opening time and they don't have and pretzels ready. Today, they open at 11, it's 1135, they have nothing ready. Your staff should start half an hour before you open and the pretzels should be ready to go by opening. I won't be visiting again, this is the fourth time this has happened.

Tried ordering SkipTheDishes, waited 5-10 minutes for them to confirm the order until it finally got cancelled after Skip tried contacting them and they wouldn't answer.
