The cook and the manager seem to enjoy body shaming people and making comments in their own language. I have not been so disrespected in my life, to the point I walked away instead of ordering and went home crying. I have no idea why a company would support workers like that. Not a good look for the name of the company. Never going back .

I have to give a huge shoutout to Erica. They greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that immediately brightened my day. Despite how busy the place was, Erica was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind. You could tell they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to see such dedication and professionalism in fast food, and it truly made my experience exceptional. Employees like Erica are the reason I’ll keep coming back. Keep up the fantastic work!

NYF is my go-to for comfort food! Big shout-out to the guy (not sure if his name is Chris or something, didn't catch it clearly) he looked tired but still helped me out with a smile. As usual, I got my veggie fries, and they were awesome!
