It was my first vacation in canada one of the place i want to be alberta i want say honestly feel more comfortable at this Noodlebox than any other location. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are always friendly, and the service feels more personal.
The Butter Chicken Box is my favorite — it’s rich, creamy, and full of flavor with perfectly cooked chicken and just the right amount of sauce. It’s always fresh and satisfying. Definitely my go-to spot!

Terrible experience at Noodle Box Red Deer. I ordered a bowl with double chicken and it was absolutely not double. The portion looked the same as a regular order and definitely not worth the extra money. It felt like I was charged more for nothing.
Then I ordered another bowl and asked for the spice level to be mild, and it came out way hotter than mild. It was uncomfortable to eat and completely ignored what I asked for. If you can’t follow simple spice level requests, that’s a big problem, especially for people who are sensitive to spicy food.
Between not getting what I paid for and getting food that wasn’t made how I ordered, this place feels careless and unreliable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you want your order done correctly.

I ordered a Honey Garlic Box with sirloin beef. There wasn't enough sauce and the beef was tough and a little slimy. It was really weird. The spring roll and gyoza were delicious though. The staff were very nice.

Messed up our pick up order and did not fix it. Inferred multiple times it was our fault! We had ordered two things, a mild spicy Shanghai something and a vegetable chommein (and springs rolez) the veg vjow mean has next to no veg in it and the guy said 'we order mild spice for it' however that was for the other item, which we clarified MULTIPLE TIMES! Absoutrly awful service and would not give us a refund or fix our order even.though I cant eat spice so I got to eat nothing! Do not eat here its all walmart freezer food and no customer.service!
