The noodle box dish at Red deer was really good! The noodles were just right, the veggies were fresh, and the sauce had a nice flavor. The portion was big enough to fill me up. Definitely worth trying! Staff is very kind and welcoming.

Incredible meal! The food was great and had the exact spice level, sauce amount and flavour I was looking for! Genuinely one of the best « fast food » places in town and if you’re looking for something with a large amount and fresh ingredients, this is the place to be. :)

Disappointed :( I was so excited to try the food because the reviews are really good, but what I got was.... not great. I ordered the honey garlic chicken with the jasmine rice. When you get honey garlic chicken you're obviously expecting a sweet salty flavor which I am totally down for, but it what I got wasn't a nice mix of sweet and savory; it tasted like straight up candy. It was such an overpowering sweetness that you couldn't taste any of the other flavors. The chicken, vegetables, garlic and rice were totally drowned out by the sweetness, and there was absolutely no hint of salt to balance it out. The chicken was also not crispy, and honestly a lot of it was really chewy. I hate wasting food but I couldn't finish it. (Also got a milk tea but no straw which normally would be a non-issue if it weren't for the fact that it's boba, but honestly still not that big of an issue.)
I want to note that I ordered this delivery late at night, about an hour to closing time without realizing, so that could've impacted the quality of the food. I understand that good food takes time to make. That's my bad. Maybe in the future if I'm in the area I'll come in and give it a second chance.
(P.S I put a five star on service because whoever made/packed my food put a cute handwritten note on the bag thanking me for my order, and I'm a sucker for stuff like that.)

Ordered on the app on Tuesday, Sept 25, showed up to pick up our food and we were told that the app wasn't working and that our order had been canceled. I showed him the confirmation email & that the money had been withdrawn from the bank. He said he could make it again if we paid for it in the store (again) but not to worry, it had been canceled on the app's end and the money would be refunded within 7 days. As of today (October 7) the money has never been refunded.

I paid for two bubble teas on my debit card. The guy behind the register said it didn’t go through and wanted to charge me again. I looked in my bank account and it did go through. I told him this and he said that it would bounce back and it showed it didn’t go through on his end. He said because it was showing it didn’t go through on his end that it would soon be shortly returned on my end. I refused to pay twice and told him if it did happen that I would be back to pay. This could have been an honest mistake but if not then it could also be something others need to be warned about.
Online not working, no help inside just a sorry, appreciated but now I'm out time and money til I hopefully get a refund. No indication at all the online system is down... Not sure how I'm supposed to ever trust ordering online here again...now I'm headed to Wendy's....
