Would give 0 stars if I could this was the worst experience in food I have ever had. I used to work in the food industry and the way today went was insane. I had called to place an order for pick up. I ordered for one gyro chicken rice bowl with no jalapeños, and one shrimp rice bowl with everything on it. The phone call went on for longer than it needed due to the male employee not understanding what I was telling him and saying that I was ordering a wrap and three bowls. I replied with that is not what I was ordering and repeated my order, he finally clued in to what I was ordering and asked how far I was. I said I was 5 minutes away, he asked “so do you want me to make it now?” YES! That is why I said I was 5 minutes away. Then I get there and I pay for my order the guy takes forever to make it. I am in a hurry at this point and the guy making my food was taking a phone call with his other hand with his gloves on. He didn’t even change his gloves! He finally gives me the two bowls and said “gyro bowl, and chicken bowl.” I said no that should be a shrimp bowl and a gyro chicken bowl with no jalapeño. They say they can remake it for me and I say no I am in a hurry and try to leave. The manager or whoever it is tries to stand in front of me to stop me and I said to move I had to leave because I am in a hurry. How UNPROFESSIONAL! Only one of the bowls had chicken and they both had jalapeños! I paid $20 for this crappy service and food. I will NEVER be coming back period!

The service is...okay. The staff are ALWAYS forgetting something and I have to ask again. I have been confused and misunderstood numerous times dealing with certain staff... Why did you just talk me out of the meal I wanted..? It wasn't even an upsell...? It's frustrating.

If I could rate 0 star I would. I walked in last night to get supper. There were 3 employees working & not one of them greeted me as I walked in. I get up to the till & the man working behind was cleaning something, I stood there for about 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me, he finally acknowledged me then went back to his cleaning… like what… Placed my order then as he was making my food he just looked so MISERABLE not even a smile, NOTHING. WORST customer service ever!!!

What a complete rip off. Less than half the size of any other opa for portions. I was completely shocked. I will never ever go to this opa again and unless you want to pay full price for half of the amount of food you should receive I say stay away. Horrible shrikflation

I have stopped at this Opa! multiple times for a Greek salad and shrimp skewer. Today I asked about a first responder discount, as Popeyes in Gasoline Alley gives one, and they told me they don't offer one. I would love to see that change.But then I took a bite of my salad and the tomatoes were going bad...too soft with bad taste. I brought it back and asked if I could get other tomatoes and was told that these are the only ones they had. I told her they are going bad so they may want to get other ones.I was not offered an alternative or compensation for food that is going bad. I have never had any issue at this restaurant before with food freshness or customer service so this was a disappointing experience.

When everything else was closed at 845-9pm, Opa was open and I'm sure glad it was.The chicken wrap was deeeelicious, I tasted every ingredient that was in it.There was the right amount of sauce in both the salad and the wrap.The staff was very patient with everyone, considering we all showed up at the end of the night on a weekend that had 3 or more tournaments going on.I had to call and let them know how satisfying it was because it definitely hit the spot ??
