Multiple times I have had to call in to customer care regarding our pizza or cheese bread. Whether it has been because they’re over 40 minutes late for a delivery or my child’s dairy free pizza or cheese bread has regular cheese on it or that my daughter’s vegan pizza that she has ordered with just cheese and extra black olives only had 2 black olives. Another time I had to call Lynn was we placed a delivery order the fellow showed up and asked me to go to the bank and get money because his machine wasn’t working because he didn’t charge it. This is insane. I placed a delivery order for a reason … I had to call again tonight as I placed the order at 6:50 PM and I was told the pizza would be delivered in 35 minutes and it is now 712. Service,allergy issues and customer care is terrible. A

I’ve been ordering from this place for almost two years, and it has always been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, this time I had the worst order I’ve ever received. I ordered a vegetarian pepperoni pizza, but it was overcooked—the crust was almost burned, the pepperoni was burnt, and some ingredients were missing. On top of that, the pizza wasn’t even cut, so I had to slice it myself at home. I’m sharing this review not to complain, but because I really like this place and care about it. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and that the quality goes back to what it used to be.

We've ordered from here several times in the last year and we're finding this place is super hit-and-miss. Sometimes you get an amazing pizza but sometimes it's just so sloppy... Slapped together with no care, barely cooked, missing toppings & cut like it belongs at a mad hatter tea party then dumped in the box in a jumbled mess. Occasionally we get a really huffy rude staff member at the till too, so I'm guessing it all just depends on who's working that particular shift when you order. It's also really a bit expensive, which I don't mind paying when the pizza is good but when you get a sloppy incorrect order that you need to put back into your own oven to finish cooking, well... it's kinda frustrating.

So over priced..I payed an unexpected $100+ dollars for cardboard. I literally asked for extra cheese. Got nothing. It was my birthday..I just wanted good food. I paid for it..and you couldn't give me the extra cheese. My bill was over a 100.00. I was shocked. My food was cold and bland..so yeah...thanks..I will not order here again..too much money for nothing

Had panago tonight,was pleasantly surprised the offered value priced pizza ,17$ for med 3 meat .Was very hot and fresh when it arrived.Ill definitely order again .

It is funny seeing all these fake 5 star reviews or the fact that people stand at the store not being helped so they walk out and the trash bag owner asks for a phone number from the order.
HEY OWNER IF YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH PEOPLE ARE WALKING OUT OF YOUR STORE NOT GETTING FOOD BECAUSE THE LAZY ASS HAT YOU HIRED IS NOT HELPING THEM SO NO PHONE NUMBER CAUSE NO FOOD.
My husband went in to order some pizza this evening, walked in and the guy was sitting in the corner watching football on his phone. He stood there waiting and the worker ignored him so he turned around and left. Not a good way to make money.
