Tonight staff were exceptional.. I was there with my family and they truly made our night special.. thanks y'all
We ordered takeout and got 3 hotdogs they asked us if we wanted anything on it, we said no, opened them up on our way home just find out they added ketchup, mustard, and relish... not happy at all

Best place to stop for good food on those long road trips to Calgary. Nothing fancy, plain and simple.

Love Peters' Drive In! I often eat here when in Red Deer. They are known for the tasty burgers and crazy amount of onion rings in a serving - I seem to never be able to finish them!

The place was clean, service was ok, not very friendly. Buns on the burgers were REALLY soggy. Strawberry milkshake and blueberry milkshake tasted like vanilla, no flavor at all. Only tasty thing we got was the fries. Will definitely NOT go back.

Was kinda disappointed. Heard it was similar to a 50s diner but the food is not original prep except maybe the shakes. There were no fries because there were no potatoes? Anyway, disappointed.

Honestly this establishment has gone downhill over the years since expanding to Red Deer and Edmonton.
Pretty sure they changed their burgers, and they seem much smaller than they used to be. Fries and onion rings are good when served fresh, but the burgers are MEH!
Still a go to place for a good shake.

First time trying Peter’s drive in to see what all the rage was about. Double with cheese, a poutine and butterscotch milkshake. Burger was kinda cold, no seasoning, incredibly mid. Poutine was.. meh, not enough cheese curds. Milkshake was good I guess.. how’d this place earn such a word of mouth reputation?

Went for lunch in Red Deer at Peter’s Drive In. They have the best milkshakes hands down!! Loved their Strawberry and Pina Colada🍍🍓Their small fries are ginormous, perfect to share!!

I dined-in yesterday evening around 7pm. The service was to be expected, no complaints on that. Very busy, tons of... people. Not the Canadian atmosphere, but neither is Tim Hortons anymore. My issue is the food. The burger was rather gross, I don't know what they used for meat, but I couldn't have been real beef. The milkshake was fine. I ate some of my buddy's fries which were cooked well and were tasty. I got food poisoning and was sick all night (no sleep for me). I have remained ill for the duration of the day up to now.
