The Red Deer Phil's is quite popular (evidenced by the fact I got to circle the restaurant at least once to nab a place to park...), and when my order arrived I understood why...

THANK YOU, Nicola, for suggesting I get 3 Cranberry white chocolate pancakes instead of just the 1 extra (same cost for the upgrade) - they were DELICIOUS!!!

Found this restaurant location recommended through the Find Me Gluten Free app and decided to give them a try. They had a lot of celiac safe gluten free options, and the waitress was well informed on ingredients and cooking protocols the kitchen used to prevent CC. Portions were huge, prices were reasonable, and food was both tasty & safe.

Sevice was great waitress was very prompt and friendly. Unfortunately the eggs Benedict sauce was very bland not much flavor at all. The eggs and back bacon were good just a let down with the sauce. Might just try something simpler next time. It's a shame because they used to have excellent eggs Benedict a while back.
