Fantastic customer service, had a slight misunderstanding on a take out order and didn't notice until we were home. Honey sent us different Pizzas that were perfect. Sent delivery and desert! It's not even a thought that pizza hut is the ruler of all pizza restaurants but the service on top of that!

It's been a little while since I have ordered here so I figured I would get a couple pizzas for my daughter's milestone birthday today. We were all SUPER Disappointed!
I ordered it ahead of time and stated pickup would be between 5:00pm-5:15pm. It was picked up shortly after 5, we get home and this is what we got... dried up, over cooked, super thin crust, tiny cut pieces and it was cold, almost like it was left over pizza sitting on the counter. I won't be ordered from this place again (We ordered the double pepperoni with regular crust)
This restaurant is closed for seated dining. Its a take-out or delivery only establishment.
The food is delicious, hot and better than most pizza restaurants. Great selection and opportunity to make your own pizza.
The staff were quick to respond when I walked in the door and the food was prepared and arrived to me quickly.
I would definitely consider this place again.

This Pizza Hut in Red Deer is the worse service and staff. We tried to go in and eat the dining room was closed they said you have to take pizzas out We asked a simple question How much would four medium pizzas cost with the $5 promotion they said their machines do not work properly and they could not tell us how much it would be because sometimes it comes up as $5 and sometimes it comes up as $7 they could not give us a price.
They were so stupid we could not stay and went elsewhere if they cannot tell you the price of 4 pizza how can they get the order right. They also said you have to only order a Large pizza to get the $5,00 deal.
I think they are scamming the Franchise and false advertising.

I got there, the sign says open, the doors were open, but not a single employee inside. I did hang around for a bit asking "is anyone home". I left after I figured life is too short to be hanging around waiting for people who apparently do not take their business seriously
