This Pizza Hut in Red Deer is the worse service and staff. We tried to go in and eat the dining room was closed they said you have to take pizzas out We asked a simple question How much would four medium pizzas cost with the $5 promotion they said their machines do not work properly and they could not tell us how much it would be because sometimes it comes up as $5 and sometimes it comes up as $7 they could not give us a price.
They were so stupid we could not stay and went elsewhere if they cannot tell you the price of 4 pizza how can they get the order right. They also said you have to only order a Large pizza to get the $5,00 deal.
I think they are scamming the Franchise and false advertising.

I got there, the sign says open, the doors were open, but not a single employee inside. I did hang around for a bit asking "is anyone home". I left after I figured life is too short to be hanging around waiting for people who apparently do not take their business seriously

I called this establishment. They didn’t answer. The call went to a call center.I placed my order and suppled my personal and credit card information.The delivery person showed up and requested payment. WTH?!PH needs to solve this issue.If I’m charged twice for this. PH will have a problem!
Bought $100 worth of pizza and it wasn't cooked properly. One dessert wasn't also cooked. Phoned to get some kind of refund or solution and they wouldn't do a thing. We will never be back!

The pizza they sell here is disgusting and overpriced. Who in Red Deer would choose Pizza Hut when so many other pizza places are just better? You could even find a way better meal at McDonald's. Also, the staff are extremely unprofessional and unhinged they like to smoke crack in the Taco bell parking lot across the street, As If their own parking lot wasn't a good enough spot. I'll take my pizza business elsewhere.
