We ordered sauce for the mozzarella sticks and it was not supplied and paid to have extra beef and there was a total of 12 pieces of beef on a 14” pizza. What a rip off! Be careful what you order at this location.

I just got the pizza from pizza hut thomlison ave Red deer location for my kids I order Cheez pizza but it was not coock proper and they put pinapal which was totally wrong order so don't buy from there they do mistake in on line order I place. So I never recommend that location to buy or order pizza from there

Order got forgotten in warmer, had to pick up myself. Was supposed to be delivery. Called location and was hung up on when I said our order was late. No reconciliation, called multiple times and promised a call back from manager that still has not happened. Anything deep fried smelled fishy and the pizza was soggy when I finally got it home. Majority of our $100 order went in the trash and what was ate made us sick. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I waited for almost 30-35 minutes there for the delivery order, their staff is very gery rude they prioritize thei own community people(phillipines) they are talking in their language and laughing at me I highly recommend do not visit this store at alll.

The service of this pizza hut is very bad. I waited for my order for 45 minute and when I asked them when I will get my order, I am late and they told me to cancel the order and after waiting for 45 minutes. And one person curl behavior is very bad he had glasses on his eyes and the entire management is very bad

I always love coming to Pizza Hut exciting to get some tasty food, however they only have 1 employee that speaks okay English and is good at taking orders, everyone else doesn’t know what the computers are it seems and it always has you worrying if you’re gonna get what you actually want or not, I have no problem with someone speaking a different language, but I can’t order the correct things when I don’t know what they’re trying to confirm with me because they can’t speak English in an English speaking country.

Overall Pizza Hut has gone down hill since opening in timberlands. They started out strong but now the pizza’s are not that great and they don’t put much of any sauce on the wings. Unacceptable since they charge you an arm and leg for pizza or wings. Not going back until it’s fixed.

Pizza Hut used to be a dine in restaurant. Well it definitely isn’t. My kids grandpa has a cane and there’s literally 2 tables no, plates or anything for those who think it’s a sit down place it’s not.
