Prairie Donair Red Deer

They keep advertising this on the Tesla Page for Alberta yet every response and my own personal experience was just as disappointing. The washrooms were not maintained or cleaned either!!

Had to wait over 20 mins for my donair... 3 donairs were made in that span of time. When I finally got it, I discovered the medium wasn't big at all. To top off the experience, the paper that they wrapped around the donair was stuck to it so bad, that when I tried to peel it off so I wouldn't be eating paper, it ripped the pita right in half and spilled the contents of my donair everywhere. Will not be returning here and recommend people go elsewhere. ? Was also asked at the till if I wanted to tip ???

Also this was not the sole working employee's fault. She was very polite. The place is understaffed and/or under trained. Even if lunch rush was only 3 people, there should be more than 1 employee working so that this doesn't happen. This is entirely on management.

Went in to order, food took 30 minutes to make 2 poutines. And they made both of them wrong. On top of that, there might be 20 fries in each of them. Won’t be back

My husband ordered 2 BEEF doniars and that told they don’t do just beef donors we had to select from the item so he went with two East Coast donair, which are normal beef Donair, but we specifically asked for no onions and he literally gave us no choice of what we could have and there was absolutely no sauce on the Donairs. Super disappointed first time I had a bad meal there won’t go back. So full of onions didn’t care if we were allergic to them or not! This place will kill somebody someday! With allergies restrictions! Obviously the managers don’t give 2 poops ? about there service or anything!

I am very disappointed in the customer service. The food was terrible, but the interaction with the worker and then no reply from the manager is a shame. Don't order anything there past 8pm or you are limited to beef ONLY, if your order is made wrong, don't worry they will argue with you about it for a long time and decline given you a refund for the items that were wrong and have to fight and blamed for their mistake (I wouldnt specifically order an item we were allergic on our food). Very rude staff member. Very unfortunate and was excited to find a new hot spot and was hoping to reach out to the manager for maybe an apology. But no reply, but they read it ??‍♀️. Was initially going to take out, but the time it was all dealt with approx 45 min, the kids dined in while we waited.

The fellow who served us on August long weekend was an absolute gem. He wasn't even supposed to be working that weekend but was so friendly and made us some awesome food. Thanks from your cowboy friends eh?
