This is truly a gem to reddeer. So many options and a wide variety of food, organic flour and nuts and so forth. I tried the detox smoothie with some moringa powder added and a huge ginger cookie. Did not disappoint. Workers were pleasant and helpful. Will be back for sure. Their cookies are huge!!!🤩. Side note. I bought a frozen homemade mushroom soup and ate some at hotel. Delicious also.
One of my favourite stops every time I pass through Red Deer. Love the refined sugar free “healthy” treats. Great produce. Excellent selection of quality foods. Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are 🤩
This place is really good. The owners seem to be local good people, doing the right thing.
We need more of this. I can’t stand how busy places like Costco get and why, to save a few bucks, and not support local.
Also, to the smoothie comment below;
If you want a cheap smoothie go to McDonald’s. Enough said.
If you want one that has sprouted almond milk and superfoods, you have to pay for it.
