Dear owners I’ve been coming to this burrito store now for over five years. And I’ve seen the drop off since Vivik used to work at this location, no customer service food okay at best and seeing the reviews I think a lot of people that were loyal to this place will be leaving because of how subpar this place has become. Please do better with training your staff and actually putting effort into making bowls and burrito. Mr. v would have all his customers orders memorized and that how you get loyal customers !

Pretty annoyed with my recently experience here. I ordered pick up for a specific time as I have places to be. Not only was it not ready on time, but they didn’t even start making it until 10 minutes after I’ve been standing here waiting for it. So the lady not only did not make my order for pick up on time, but then made 3 other customer’s orders before even starting mine. So now my order is 20+ minutes late and I’m still sat in the waiting room.

Go to much burrito or Tim's. Had a bowl made here and roasted vegetables were $1.50 extra but they only gave me 3 peppers and 2 onions, when asked for clarification I was ensured that it was the proper portion. The bowl wasn't filled with enough base, despite getting almost every other topping + the extra roasted vegetables and guacamole. Better value elseware.

Always come here usually never have any issues. Last few times I’ve come here. Line waits have been excessive and running next to no staff and sometimes my burrito is cold. Tonight I waited in line for over 15 minutes.
