Had a disappointing experience at this Quiznos tonight. The food quality was poor - I haven’t been to Quiznos in a while, is this all locations or just this one? And why are all the shields blocked with posters so you can’t see what they're doing to the sandwich or how much of something they are putting on? The guy running the till seemed very confused and the restaurant itself seemed run down. Safe to say we won’t be back!

I was in with my family awhile ago and from the beginning of ordering you were extremely rude... so rude in fact Peter had to step in and save the situation before you went too far. I'm not sure what your problem was that day but I simply asked about the kids menu.
Peter is the only thing carrying the business as far as I can see, he was really polite and helpful through the remainder of the ordering process.
