The decor and waitress were perfect. The food was not. There were 5 people in my party. The salad was old and willted, my baked potatoe was old and brown and not worth eating, the potatoe skins were very small, cooked veggies were also old. I don’t think we are a picky family, but we won’t be back.

The squid was so overcooked it was like chewing a tire, the steak was overcooked, and the potatoes were somehow both hard and bland. But the real kicker? When I mentioned the squid was inedible, the waitress said—and I quote—“I tried it, and it was fine, it wasnt hard like you said.” yeah ok Bambi, and yes that was her name. And why are you eating my food I sent back?
Between the terrible food and the waitress arguing with me about my own meal, this place is a hard pass. Has gone way down hill.

Staff was ok for seating and ordering initially, but not ever offered another drink, had a hard time getting the waitress to ask for the bill and once we did ask, she ignored us for far too long. Food was good, but steak and chicken breast both had tough spots that we couldn't even chew

Every time I get the steak sandwich, it is always cooked to perfection, the service is excellent, and the staff always has a positive attitude and makes sure everyone is satisfied. One of my favourite spots to eat is this restaurant, I will always choose this place when it comes to wanting a good meal.
My mom and sister and I had a excellent meal at the Ranch House yesterday. The steak was a deliciou medium rare and you get alot of food. Catherine, our server was amazing and very nice and accomadating. I would definitely go the again to try the Beef Wellington.
Our server Catherine was so amazing, it felt like she was part of our family. We had an amazing supper. All the food was so tasty and the portions were fit for a king. We had a lovely dinner and will definitely tell all our friends and family to come here when they're in Red deer.

I had a fantastic birthday lunch today at Ranch House Restaurant. My wife had the steak sandwich and my kid had the adult sized chicken tenders. I had the daily special which was a 6oz steak, shrimp with soup and salad. The food and prices were great. I would rate the steak better than some of the other steak joints in Red Deer. Our server (Wanda) was prompt, attentive and very friendly. We will be visiting again.
