I ordered a latte and was told that it might take a little as their expresso machine was being cleaned; which is totally a-ok and its nice to know they give the machine routine cleans throughout the day. It also meant I got a really delicious latte ?. Staff are very professional and are quite obviously skilled in not only there drink making skills but also in their people and customer service skills. To the employees that were there today, hats off to you for being so great.

Would love to give 5 Stars but there was one issue that needs attention.
I was there earlier today on June 26, first time in this location as part of my business visit to the area and I had some extra business to do on my laptop. The location itself is great and a few staff members are great.
But the man handling my order was touching the rim of my coffee cup with his hands while handling the register. This is not hygienic.
The cashier should never touch the rim of the cup like that. I trust this concern will be reviewed. I'll consider visiting your location another time when I'll be in Red deer for business and family visits.

Great coffee, but understaffed. In lacombe I've never seen more than one person working at a time, apparently they can't even take bathroom breaks.
