Always our favorite go-to coffee place. Drinks are always consistent and delicious. Staff is incredibly friendly and extremely competent. As a family of seven, we generally stop by this location once or twice a week, especially during the holiday season. Despite the heavy order of drinks and pastries, they always get our order correct. Also appreciate that they don't request a tip when handing you the terminal in the drive-thru window (although they definitely deserve it).

Service was terrible. I have dietary restrictions with sugar, I asked the barista if there was a sugar free drink without caffeine. I was just told No. I asked about their seasonally brewed tea, the same barista, very rudely, said it’s made with English breakfast tea. Then walked away. Bathrooms were clean. Service and options are terrible.

We ordered a couple specialty coffees and a breakfast sandwich. Unlike Starbucks, they have lactose free milk available so we are switching to this Canadian chain. :-)

Went with a coworker, Coffee isn't my thing and they didn't really have anything else (Yes I know it's a coffee shop) which meant I didn't get anything. I was told coffee is good, but if you're looking for anything but that, this isn't the place for you.
Never been in Second Cup in Red Deer and never will go again after today. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with coffee beans but my cappuccino was bitter. Order earl grey tea and got a regular black tea… Never had any of these issues in Edmonton. It’s better to go to Tim’s than to Sedona Cup in Red Deer. Disappointed.
