Never been in Second Cup in Red Deer and never will go again after today. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with coffee beans but my cappuccino was bitter. Order earl grey tea and got a regular black tea… Never had any of these issues in Edmonton. It’s better to go to Tim’s than to Sedona Cup in Red Deer. Disappointed.

I may be biased, but Second cup has been my go to for up class coffee for years. The drinks are consistent, the atmosphere is welcoming and service is always on par. Add to that their Canadian based and it’s a 5 star for me

Went here a couple times now and the staff not friendly at all!!! Must not be a great atmosphere for staff due to manager or owners attitude for all look miserable . Ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches for the both of us and there was a very insignificant amount of cheese . In fact we thought they forgot to put cheese in them. We had to ask for our coffees to be in china cups and the size is the smallest you can find. Thought we would support Canadian company but their standards are questionable. Back to Starbucks we go !!! Grilled Cheese sandwiches have loads of cheese . Mugs are larger size . Free refills and VERY friendly staff well trained.!!!

Haven't been to a Second Cup in years - decided to give this one a try. Wasn't disappointed! Matcha Latte was made well. Our order took a little longer than expected, but we weren't in a rush. Nice atmosphere; could hold a conversation. Tables/seating was as bit close together. Overall a good experience, and we'll be back!

Countless times I have been here and they are consistently off on how efficient their drive thru is. Also, I did not even receive a kind greeting, or an apology. Let alone a thank you, for being patient due to long wait times. I got into their drive thru at about 12:40 and got out by 1:00. I understand there may be error between customers and orders, but 20 minutes without any explanation as to why it’s a long wait is inexcusable. PS. They also missed an item in my order and I was also late to work due to the inefficiency.

I've visited this place twice and went to the drive through on my way to work. I always give myself lots of time yet I had to rush back to work because the service is so slow. Anywhere else you go through drive through it's always fast service because people don't have time to go inside for a coffee. The girl was telling me their not short staffed but they have a line inside. She can also be more friendly. Smh Never had to wait for 10min+ at a drive through. Please do better.
