I would give just one star, but I don't want to be rude. The latte I ordered tasted very bad. A guy was sweeping the floor, raising tons of dust into the air. I don't blame the staff. I think they're just not trained well to brew delicious coffee drinks and to be friendlier with the customers. The owners probably make enough money with their drive-thru window and people coming in the store to care and change anything for the better.

Staff weren't very friendly. I've never been there and was trying to pick something, they weren't impressed with the 2 questions we had. One was if there's something (to eat) that's gluten-free (my kid has celiac disease) and the other was if anything is sugar free. Rolling of eyes isn't proper customer service, I'd never hire any, that were working that day, in my store.We won't be going back

Nice to have a real cafe open in the evenings.Relaxing atmosphere for enjoying chillin after a long day or working a lil on the computer.Caramel Coretta was perfect... and ginger cookies are yummy.

About a year ago I met with a friend a Second Cup & ordered a Vanilla Bean Latte (with an extra shot) - and thought to myself... this has got to be the best Vanllia Latte I've ever had! Not too sweet - just perfect (the name of the Barista was Raelyn - sry if it's spelt wrong).Yesterday my wife & I decided to stop in for a relaxing pit stop... and I was looking forward to a great Vanilla Bean Latte! Once again (to my surprize) it was Raelyn who was mixing the drinks! And ... once again... it was totally perfect! I think it's now my fav coffee in Red Deer! Thanks Raelyn!ps... give this woman a raise! Good (and long-term) employees are a company's most valuable asset.
This Second Cup branch has great cool merchandise. I’m a big fan of the holiday blend and thankfully it’s still available. I always stop by at this location when travelling from Calgary. Great service all the time.
