I ordered door dash from this store and they made my flavoured latte without any flavour.. so it's literally hot milk. They didn't put the espresso shot in.. nothing. On the receipt it claims that's what I asked for, except that is definitely not how I ordered it. I have been trying to call them to let them know and the line is permanently "busy". Quality control has really gone down hill in this location.

Order 1 grande coffee for $6 in the drive through. Get to the window the order is now $11 and no tip option. Employee added a $5 tip to the order.

Starbucks never fails to brighten my day, and the friendly staff always make my day special. Linda in particular Is amazing, Her positive energy and kindness stand out,, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome. I always leave with not just a great Matcha, but a great experience. Thanks, Starbucks for the exceptional service!

I am a Door Dash delivery person. Around 1pm today, July 23rd, I went to pick up an order from a customer. As usual, I went in and looked for the pickup area and found the customer's order like I would at any other busy Starbucks. I was accosted by an Asian employee who seemed to have done something wrong and in a very unfriendly manner. She actually wanted me to recommend which one: Uber, Door Dash, etc. The store was pretty quiet, probably because of those employees.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chai latte. I order chai lattes often and know how they are supposed to taste. Unfortunately, i didn't taste it until i got to my destination. I took a sip, and it tasted like very lightly flavored milk. I didn't pay almost 7$ for a cup of warm milk!! So i had to drive all the way back. I definitely won't leave another Starbucks again without tasting my tea because of today. I told the girl the problem and she asked me if she could remake it. I gave back the tea i got with only 1 small sip taken out of it. They left me waiting for 10 mins. When there was only 1 man who ordered 1 drink before me. The girl said she would make it right away. But then made several other drinks before making mine. Even though i had already wasted my time driving back there. So it's ridiculous that she made so many other drinks before mine. When I finally got my tea. I took it to my car and took a sip. Again, it tasted the same and not right. So i went back in and told the lady it still wasn't right. i order them frequently and know how they are supposed to taste!! The lady who made my tea and another lady. Who I think was the manager treated me very rudely and acted like i was trying to scam them. The one i think was the manager even asked the other girls behind the counter to taste it because she didn't believe me. I wasn't asking for my money back or a free tea!! I just wanted what i paid for!! I wasted all my time and gas driving back to the store to get what i paid for! Not to get anything for free!! So it was extremely insulting to be treated like i was just a scammer!! I have never had this problem before from any other Starbucks. This is the first time i have ever had to take anything back. All the girl had to do was add a little more flavoring because the girl making the tea obviously didn't know what she was doing!! She was the one who asked me the first time if they could remake it. I would have been fine if they had just added some more flavoring. Thats what they did the second time, but the girl put too much in, and i ended up with a strong chai tea. But even that tasted better than the under flavored warm milk they gave me. It at least tasted like chai tea even if it was stronger than usual. If i was trying to get a free drink or drank half of the tea before bringing it back. I could maybe understand being treated like that. But i brought it back full and didn't ask for a free one or my money back. I just wanted the tea i paid for to taste how it's supposed to taste!! Wasteing my time, money, and gas to be treated like that!! I was so upset and embarrassed after being treated like that. That my body was literally shaking!! I will not be returning to this Starbucks again!! I refuse to give this Starbucks any more of my business!! Since they obviously don't care how they treat their customers!!
My coworker went through the drive through for drinks and asked for a chocolate chip frappe. They gave him a java frappe so I went back and asked for a swap. Explained it to the girl over the speaker and she tries to give me a java frappe again. Finally got a chocolate chip frappe, left, took a sip and realized there's coffee in this one too. Chocolate chip fraps don't have coffee in them so I can only assume they didn't clean out the container they made the drink in which is just gross and unsanitary.

Meh - It's Starbucks. It's overpriced.
I've had better customer service experience in a random McDonalds than this Starbucks location. Made my order wrong and and was rude/unfriendly during the couples times we visited.
