I stopped by at this branch and had a really good time. Service from Josh was awesome! As usual, the foods and drinks were delicious :)) Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

I had to come here to say wow, the staff were amazing! They were so kind and welcoming. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very personable and polite. My latte and sandwich were perfect.

This is our go to coffee spot because the service here is always amazing. However, last night the staff truly went above and beyond. My daughter accidentally dropped her cookie on the floor, and without hesitation the team kindly offered her a new one at no charge. Their kindness made her night, and mine! It’s small gestures like this that make a place feel welcoming. Thank you to the wonderful staff for consistently providing exceptional service!

Consistently made wrong. They don't listen to your order and get you to repeat it multiple times and they don't know how to use prepaid Visa's.
No greetings! Did not know what to do. Not sure if the baristas enjoy working there today! Nevertheless, drinks are superb.

I went to make an order and I'm very particular with the way I like to make my drinks because I used to work at Starbucks in the 2000s, the girl taking my order was arguing with me and then literally laughed at me for my order, just because I want it a particular way. so rude, if I did that when I worked at Starbucks I would be fired that day, I'm never returning to this location again.

I regularly order from Starbucks, but I was really disappointed this time. I clearly requested “light ice,” but my drink came with the cup almost 3/4 full of ice. I only got about four sips before it was basically empty. Really frustrating experience, especially as a regular customer.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the rude behavior of an employee named Jho. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked a simple question about my order, Jho responded in a dismissive and rude manner, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Customer service is a big part of why people come to Starbucks, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

I always end up smiling when I leave this location. The staff are so incredibly kind and they always make my drink order perfectly!! Delicious! Clean, too.

Poor service. I was the only person inside the store to order. Waited 10 minutes while 10 drinks were made for drive-thru and mobile orders. I asked if my drink was in the queue and they said I was at the back of the line of another 4 or 5 drinks that had been printed on their tickets.
Worst Starbucks experience yet. The drive through was very slow. 3 of us ordered and every order was wrong even though it took staff a very long time to fill our drive through orders. The man at the windows was pleasant but the order was completely wrong. Even attempts to have them correct our order resulted in further errors to our orders. My drink was supposed to be decaf. But it wasn't. They had no pike or reasonable substitute so the other person had to take an americano. The other person in our car asked for lactose free, but it was not. We had to drive over to another Starbucks to have our orders replaced.
