Acted like I was an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Was not hiding her attitude or rudeness (slammed window shut) double charged me. It was an all around ridiculous experience. (Blonde girl at window on Sunday November 9 at 11:30am) it’s unfortunate because I usually receive good service from this location.

I ordered iced mocha on doordash, i received drink without straw, after i called them and first time when i called employer were excusing that they barely hear me and after i called again but didn’t received my call and put me on hold.

I usually enjoy my visits to this Starbucks, but my recent experience left me disappointed. When placing my order, the barista, Kaye, appeared to have difficulty understanding me, which I was patient with. However, when I politely asked her to confirm the order to ensure accuracy, she seemed visibly frustrated and responded rudely. By the time I got to the window, she refused to speak or acknowledge me at all.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, but respectful communication is essential—especially in customer service. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to support staff with training on professionalism and customer interaction.

$7 for a drink I can’t even drink because the pissed off lady who works there decides to use non fat milk not coconut milk👏🏻 Thank god I noticed before I drank it since I’m allergic to milk!

Service Excellent! However, Starbucks in general let me down here. Ordered the ‘Cool Lime Refresher’ today as it was highly raved as a come back flavour. I placed an online order through my Starbucks app, and upon pickup, I didn’t realize I had ordered from the wrong location. I didn’t have time to go to the other location, so I just placed another order. Before I could pay, the barista with the platinum blonde hair offered it to me. It was completely unexpected, especially since it was my fault, but I really appreciated her kindness, especially during the early morning rush. 🤍

Love this Starbucks location. Elya has been making sure our drinks are fantastic and the team behind her are working very hard together. We always look forward to our visit there. In previous years we’ve only had a couple of staff members whom weren’t very happy if we needed something adjusted on our order. Due to great staff there otherwise we’ve not abandoned the location. Having great team members at your location and costumer service is really the heart of your experience. Staff like Elya let us have a drink made with some love and a smile while to us always makes it so enjoyable with good energy. Thank you so much so now your stuck with us lol.

Oh my. This appears to be a very busy Starbucks location. When the barista came to take my order she asked what I would like and then as soon as I began to speak she turned around and started speaking a different language to the other barista behind her. She then turned back around and had to ask me to repeat myself. I then waited over 15 minutes for my one drink. It was actually not very busy inside the store, but the drive through was a merry-go-round of rotating vehicles. So, I would highly recommend to any visitors to only go through the drive through, it appears the service might be better.
