Just waited 15 mins for my latte , watched about 7 people go through the drive through, and about 5 or 6 mobile orders go out the door , i was the only customer in store, you'd think out of the 6 girls working , at least one of them would have started my single little latte

Ordered online and asked for light ice in my drink and light ice and extra cold from in my boyfriends. We got a full cup of ice in each and about half the normal amount of cold foam in my boyfriend’s. Do better please, I’m paying enough as is.

Our orders were correct, the staff was efficient however the entire place inside and out was dirty. The most dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen.

I'm SO upset. I got a drink and the drink was barely half way filled with the rest whip topping stuff for the rest..plus ice. I wanted to say something while I was there but I was already running late. For a $7 drink, FILL THEM UP FULL & Please DO BETTER!

Drive through is a bit tricky when it gets busy. I appreciate a gift card for a long wait in the line! Positive attitude and diligent service!
As a healthcare worker I can pretty much run 90% off of caffeine… I go to many different Starbucks before and after my shifts. And I must say the Taylor Plaza Starbucks specifically has the most amazing staff and customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Most of the time when I show up I’m a complete zombie and struggling to remember my order. The staff at this location are so kind with genuine conversation, my drinks are always made absolutely perfect. So thank you again for your outstanding service and compassion. A simple conversation can really turn around someone’s long workday ?
