I came BACK today because of a mess up the day before on the exact same drink. Both times I ordered two of the same drinks. Venti brown sugar shaken espresso with heavy cream and a scoop of vanilla bean powder blended into the cold foam and 4 pumps of brown sugar instead of 6. Asked both to be made the same & then I get this. AGAIN. I don’t pay 18$ for two drinks to have one taste like straight up cream ? disappointed again

Went through drive through yesterday at the Taylor Drive location and had the best customer service ever! Ordering was very nice. The lady was very cheerful and sounded happy to help us, but the gentleman that greeted us at the window was the most awesome customer service I’ve ever received. He was happy and cheerful. We had to wait for our one drink and told us we can put our window up because it was really cold out. Then when he gave us our drink he said “Have a wonderful day. Stay cold.” ? Took a second for it to click in because it’s usually stay warm. Was awesome. The look on his face when my sister and I started howling and laughing. Made our day. Love his sense of humour . Thank you Randel ?

They refuse to let you use your Starbucks rewards even though they claim to be a Starbucks. They also seem to charge more for the same things you can get at other locations. They're shady and just want to rip off students just like everything else in that school.
Prices are just as high as elsewhere so most of the students have to look at the fancy coffees and shop next door. I'm not a student now but I still remember wishing that they had a discount for students, to fit the location.
